BBB1The **********, ** location installed me garage doors. They installed my garage door and one of the doors works sporadically. They also didn't install any light bulbs and the weather stripping was not nailed completely. They used metal trim nails that will rust in a short amount of time. I called and reported the garage door issue to the office. We agreed that I would monitor it since it was not opening sporadically. I checked the sensors and the green light was solid green but it still was not working. After a while I finally called back and they sent someone to fix it and they wanted to charge me $45 to repair it. Nobody told me it would be $45 prior to the service call. I told the technician I didn't want to pay because it was a warranty issue. The manager called me back and proceeded to tell me that he didn't believe it was an issue previously and said it I didn't pay he would send it to collections. Please do not use this company. The quality is poor, management is confrontational, and they don't back their labor.Run.

Google5Robert is awesome! Called to tell me he was in the way and was on time. Very knowledgeable about the service and his product. I highly recommend Robert and Elite Overhead Garage Doors.

Google5Very impressed! We called at 8pm one night asking if we could have some assistance installing a garage door opener we had bought from Lowe's. He was able to schedule us within a week and installed everything at a great price! Even suggested further service in the next few years to prevent any damage with our current cheap garage door. Will be using in the future!

Google4Robert fixed bracket temporarily. I will need a new door. He was professional in his work. I think it was expensive between $149 for service call and $150 for labor for a 1 hour service call.

Google5I like Mike. He clearly loves his job. And he's very good at it. He called first. Showed up on time and quickly fixed our broken coil spring and did a full check on both the doors and did some preventative maintenance for me. Then he explained how we could extend the life of the door and openers. I hope they last a long time but when they go I'll call Mike.

Google5Mike was absolutely amazing! He fixed my garage door, that wasn't closing, in maybe an hour at most! He was super friendly and knew what he was doing, I would highly recommend him!

Google5Outstanding! Timely, professional, and thorough. Josh was extremely good to us. Called late on Sunday and he showed up first thing on Monday morning with the parts, and knowledge to get the garage door up and working properly. Would give him six stars but that wasn't offered.

Google5Mike was great! He came out the next morning after we called him the night before. He was on time, and communicated with us when he was on the way. He did a great job of fixing our garage door and we can now get our car out! Yea! Thanks Mike-Connie & David

Google5Very glad I chose Elite! Mike was excellent in talking me through my options. Had a little issue with gasket and he returned to replace promptly. I paid in full before he returned-many companies blow you off if there's no more money in it for them-happy to see an ethical business! Prices are fair compared to many others.

Google5Mike was AMAZING! He was so sweet and kind. My husband is currently deployed and I'm a solo parent at the moment. He was fast and responsive. I'll definitely be calling again if I run into any problems. I 100000000% recommend!

BBB5Excellent people, excellent service. Cosmin traveled quite far to come and give us an estimate right away, and Manasseh and Paul did an excellent job of installing the oversized door. They were very polite and courteous and worked very hard. We cannot commend this company enough.
