Let's be honest. We have all been guilty of being quick to criticize (in this case if/when we receive bad Service)...but slow to acknowledge when we receive great Service! I have to share that I am still stunned and pleased with the service I received yesterday from Hilton Head Garage Doors. Let me just bullet happenings. **Few weeks back, Garage Remote would not open the Garage Door. **Thought it was the outside Panel Battery. Replaced the Battery. **Worked for a few weeks. Then stopped working. **Looked up Hilton Head Garage Doors which was listed on my Overhead Motor. **Gave them a call. They asked if my unit was an original unit that came with the home. **They stated that they would be happy to repair the Unit, but it was highly suspicious that I would probably need to replace the unit. Believe it or not, they have a Team that services Sun City and they had a Representative in the area who could be at my home within 15 minutes...same day.... He was here in 18 minutes. Checked the Unit and recommended a replacement...at a special reasonable Sun City Rate. Not too often that you can get service that quickly...plus all the additional services which comes with the installation. Great professional service. I would highly recommend Hilton Head Garage Doors.

called Hilton Head Garage Doors to replace broken spring...they came out to my residence..made it 1st call...Tech Craigh did a perfect job....checked out everything to ensure all was Good...outstanding service...call and let the Pros handle this job..there is a lot more to it than simple replacing the springs..,also there Customer Service is Great..

These folks are great. My door was stuck down with my car in the garage. Called them Friday morning and they had a tech there by noon who fixed everything. Fantastic service on such short notice. Highly recommend.

We are new to the area, and were looking to get some routine maintenance done on our garage door system, so we begin to research reviews for the best garage door repair company. We initially reached out to another company, who sent out 2 technicians the next day, which was nice. After about 15 minutes the technicians from this other company quoted me about $3000 because they claimed I needed an entirely new system. I had serious doubts about this since our house is only three to four years old. Coincidentally, that same day I happened to see a Hilton Head Garage Door truck in my neighborhood, so we called them. Scott came out the next day and was able to not only perform routine maintenance but some additional maintenance that needed to be completed, all at the cost of a trip charge. I mentioned and went into detail about the quote I received the day before and he did let me know that there is absolutely no reason for a new system. We just purchased this house and we would have been pretty upset if we had to replace the entire garage door system, so we were extremely pleased that 1 - we didn't have to, and 2 - that Scott was not trying to upsell us the same way as the folks from the other company clearly were. We will never reach out to that other company again, But absolutely will be reaching out to Hilton head garage door and highly recommend them to anyone, beginning with the folks on the phone to schedule and then pay for the visit as well as folks like Scott who are knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Yay we finally got our new garage door installed and it is PERFECT in color and design. The hardest part was waiting almost three months for the factory to deliver it-- due to COVID of course.. Then after it was installed we found out that a 7' chain trolley rail needed to be replaced in order for the automatic garage door opener to work. They ordered it and came to install it right away. They took the old door and and parts away. Side benefit -- we need to clean out the garage so they had room to work! LOL

Called another company on Angie's List with 49 "A's" and a Superior Service rating. Had to talk to four different staff to finally get an appointment. Very dissatisfied. Called Tyler at Hilton Head Garage Door and got immediate, helpful advice before anyone even came out...which was the next day. Serviced by Mike, who did a stellar job and has an awesome work ethic. To register the door opener he even circled the website on the front of the manual, circled the model number, added the serial number, and added the "S.O. number." I've never had that kind of service. To register a product the buyer is almost always on their own. Awesome company! Services Rendered: Aging garage door opener broke

This was my first use of Angies list. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of Tyler and his crew. They answered my problem immediately and were prompt and on time when they did the work. I was a little shocked at the cost but I thought it was just my Genie door opener. It was more and when Tyler explained what it was I understood the cost of $300 was right....and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The technician arrived as promised. He inspected the doors, serviced the doors and showed us how to maintain the doors as we go forward. They operate perfectly now. We will definitely use them again and we will recommend them to others. Removed bracket, placed roller back in bracket and reattached bracket to door. Sprayed some lube on roller. Took two minutes and door working again. Services Rendered: One garage door roller came off the track.
