They do awesome work. Services Rendered: Concrete poured - sunroom addition and paved patio area with a pergola and fire pit added - our neighbors had their pool enclosure redone in lanai style

Someone was here in July and gave an estimate to put screen sliders on the garage door. they wanted a $200 deposit, my husband paid them $1000. The man that was here, that was very nice said "Oh good, then we can get that ordered for you." We waited and waited for them to call and schedule the install. Finally, they called and said they would have a meeting on Saturday to set an appt., I called them again and they said the same thing. They ended up scheduling for a Tuesday, no one showed up. I called the front office and the woman said she didn't get my message but that someone will be out and they must be running late, she called me back and said they sent an email that they will be out Wednesday because of the storm, and that she could forward the email. I asked her why if they sent an email that they would be out Wednesday why she would tell me that someone was out coming out on Tuesday, her response was "Just in case someone was coming out." Very poor customer service. Someone has dropped off materials today however, nobody is here to do the install. A woman called me at 8 AM today to say someone would be out and no one has showed. As of now I have called the office twice and left messages with no return call and no one at my house to do the install. Services Rendered: Gave an estimate for sliding screen doors on the garage doors to be replaced. and after a month and a half of waiting they have still not been installed.
