We hired Chapton Construction & Renovation LLC to build us a long-waited for garage. We spent the better part of 2 years trying to find a contractor for this work and few of them would follow through. I reached out to ***** after random ****** search because I had run out of all the "hey I know a guy" referrals I had gotten due to poor communication or other red flags (like really bad reviews). From the very start, ***** was SUPER RESPONSIVE and answered all of my questions with unexpected patience. Nearly every day for weeks we went back and forth tweaking the build, trying to get the best garage I could get for the budget I had available. He would revise the estimate each night, advise me when I needed help, and give opinions when I asked for them. Once the build started, he was equally good in keeping communication (when needed) and worked diligently to keep the project going even in the face of supply issues, weather delays and issues with the build that required correction. ***** always kept an eye on things and never gave me grief if I voiced a concern. In the end we are very happy with our new garage and would not hesitate to hire ***** again for anything else I needed to have done. I could not have asked for better service and nicer folks to work with!
