Google5Quick and quality service! Called on Monday morning, and they had a technician here first thing Tuesday to get it done. Even pointed out another issue with our door and fixed that up in no time. Definitely recommend!

Google5This is a good company to deal with. Their quote was competitive and they were efficient about getting a quote to me by email. It's so nice to deal with a company where you can call and speak to a person who is helpful and can answer your questions. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new garage door, motor, and key pad. I highly recommend them.

Google5We loved working with compaan door when we built our house three years ago. Now that we needed a new battery in our garage door opener,, they had it in stock and told Chuck just how to put it in. We are so glad that we got connected with this company. They deserve five stars for Service!

Google5Scheduling service was very easy, even on short notice. Had the same tech who replaced springs 8 years ago, a good sign employees have experience and remain with the company. All the service Compaan has performed on our 16' garage door has been for different problems, none recurring. The total cost was not much more than the service call. They never replace things that aren't necessary, pointing out why something I asked about was unnecessary. I've been happy with their service and cost for the last 23:years in our home (and probably our previous house, as well). Where's the 6th star option?

Google5I bought 3 insulated doors from compaan door and they were in on time and prices are great. Upon installation i did notice 2 of the panels a couple ripples "pretty minor" from manufacturing. They took care of this in a timely manner, customer service was amazing! They even sent me 3 panels so now i have a spare. Couldnt be happier!

Google5Wonderful people. Didn't try to upsell me - just gave me what I wanted. Lead times were a little long, but that is the manufacturer's fault. Not Compaan! I hope to never need another garage door, but I'd go back to them for sure!

Google5Everyone I talked to at Compaan from showroom to installation was very helpful and pleasant.Gary the installer was very efficient and helpful.They have repaired our old door and opener and came right away which is why we went to them for a new door and opener!I would highly recommend them!

Yelp5Our door went crooked and got stuck. They were out the next day, just like they promised. The service guy Jarred was knowledgeable, polite and quick. Had it diagnosed and fixed in a short period of time. He then did a maintenance to prevent further issues. The price was fair (less than I expected). I would highly recommend them.

Yelp5The spring in my garage door broke so I contacted two companies for quotes. This one got back to me super fast, gave me a lower quote and was able to schedule the service for the following day. Everything was great, the repair person was on time, professional and fast. I was billed for the same price as I was quoted. I would definitely use this company again.

Yelp4I'm writing this review mostly to offer a clarifying account that is different than the other 1/5 stars the other reviewer gave in 2016. I'm offering four stars because I doubt any business would ever be perfect enough to get five from me. The other reviewer's comments say more about her than they do about this company. We have to be informed customers. If she is doing all this work by herself, she likely doesn't know the right questions to ask in the first place. The confusion she is describing sounds more like she is missing a good, reliable general contractor. I had a good experience with Compaan. Any of the miscommunication I experienced was 4/5 my failure to know what questions to ask.

Yelp5You guys are AWESOME! My garage door spring bracket & one of the cables broke last night and you came first thing this morning to fix it so that I could get out and get to work. And of course fix the door. I can't thank you enough for your promptness in getting to me and getting the door fixed. Thank you!
