Mark was great! Showed up on time and not only fixed our garage but educated us on how to maintain it! He was efficient and nice! We would def use him and ProLift again!

ProLift Garage Doors of Grand Rapids was so easy to work with as they had online selection of date/time of service and communicated when they were on their way. My Service Tech Mark was polite and very knowledgeable. Informed me of my options for replacing door opener and installed it perfectly. Mark went over the entire system with me before leaving and he carefully cleaned the work area. I will be calling ProLift and Mark back this spring to replace my steel door with one that has more curb appeal. Highly recommend for your door opener and garage door repair/replacement.

Mark with pro lift did a great job installing a whole new garage door system for me. Their prices were fair and the work was done when they said it would be. I I would definitely recommend them!

Mark from ProLift did an excellent job. He was on time (I called in the evening and he was at my home the next afternoon). The pricing, explanation and honest review of replacement parts was greatly appreciated.

Mark was awesome. He was on time. He immediately did a safety check on my garage door. Recommended a few minor enhancements. Said it would take two hours and he was done quicker than that! Really impressed with his knowledge and service. Thanks!

Steve was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Steve made a negative situation positive. He was quick and neat and affordable. Steve put us back up and running in no time, On Saturday as well. I would recommend and use Prolift again. He replaced the spring, and adjusted the door for it.

My old spring finally snapped. I contacted ProLift and they were able to come out same day. They quoted me three options that were easy to understand. The best part.. Mark and Steve got me back up and running in less than an hour. Job well done, guys!
