I received text that Josh was on the way. He arrived promptly. He was very courteous and polite. He found the problem right away and changed out the broken spring quickly. I definitely would recommend. He is an asset to Qualit Door.

The guys came in and worked like a well oiled machine! They were courteous, answered all my questions and even helped me set up the garage door opener keypad, which wasn't on the installation list for today! Very satisfied customer!

The company name says it all. Installers were extremely nice and professional! They removed and installed the new door unbelievably fast. Little crease in door slat from there manufacturer, they ordered another and installed with no questions asked! Highly recommend! Seems to be harder and harder these days to find company's like this that are reliable and trustworthy!

Great experience. We called late afternoon and by 11 am the next day, the door was fixed. The spring replacement was done in 20 minutes or so, which speaks to the service techs competency. I really like the communication too. Text and emails to confirm the appt and also to let me know the service tech was on the way. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely recommend these guys. They are running their business the way it should be done. Had a broken spring. Door stuck close. Put info in on Sunday night. They came Monday afternoon as I requested. In and out in less than an hour. Ruben was his name. Sent text ahead of time saying they were on their way. Door fixed after spring replacement. $300. Highly recommended. They're doing it right.

I had an issue with my door coming off the track yesterday. I first called another service who charged me $100 to come out not only was the guy unable to fix the problem he couldn't close the door all the way. And, he told me I'd either need to replace the panel or the entire door - giving me an estimate of more than $2,000. I also had to jimmy rig some screens so that no critters would come into my garage over night. This morning I called Quality Door and they sent Ruben out within a few hours. Ruben was not only was able to close the door, but fix the issue all in less than 10 minutes. And, he said I don't need a new panel or a new door. There's nothing wrong with the door. Quality Door is honest, professional and provides quality service. I highly recommend.

Garage door spring broke. I called Quality, they said they had a spring for my door and would be by that afternoon. Late afternoon he arrived and said he didn't have a spring, but had a used spring from another job. I needed my garage to open, he 'put in' the used incorrect spring. I wrote out a check, asked for receipt. He gave none. I finally got a receipt through e-mail... not marked paid. THAT's sloppy to say the least. He also advocated for a complete replacement of door, remote opener, etc. weird. Services Rendered: bring replacement on garage door
