Joe was very professional and understanding of the situation. He set a rough time he would be able to be there and texted actual time of arrival. I chose to call him as major garage door installers around Holland area, had previously set appointments and neither showed or called. I would highly recommend if you want professional respectful service.

Called at noon and spoke with Joe. He stated a 3:30 appointment was possible. Arrived on time. Joe surveyed the situation and explained different repair options available along with pricing for each option. It was not a sales presentation, it was a conversation of choices, prices, pros and cons. The completed work was done neatly and efficiently. He took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Joe was neat and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The new springs are covered with a one-year warranty. Services Rendered: Replaced broken single-spring on my double-wide 16' garage door with a double spring system. Springs were upgraded from regular to heavy-duty. Adjusted spring tension and tested door. Re-adjusted tension and lubricated all door hinges.

My renters were there and I was not. My renters said they came out and they were very professional. They got it done without any issues. They were very pleased with the service.
