3.22.24 We had a new garage and opener installed today. The new door is not all that different than the old one (style wise) except this one is insulated and the panels are a little different. (And not bent) I have to say these guys were very professional. First Bobby arrived early! I have Never had a contractor show up early before! Then Zach arrived and these 2 guys worked so well together. Also, they cleaned up as they went and brought their own broom, dustpan etc... They took the old door and all the trash with them. The new garage door is so quiet. The best part was I used a coupon from YELP for 1st time customers only for 10% off! That was a huge savings!!!!!! Thanks Yelp. We paid online and one thing I have never encountered was it asked for a tip. Not sure if this is standard practice for garage door installers. Overall, the service, value, professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them!

Had to use these folks twice. Glad to have them around! First time the motor to run the garage doors went completely out. They came out with a replacement and had it installed for around $300 within a day or two. Second time I had to call them later about another door. I was given troubleshooting steps which saved me a lot of $$$. They answer the phone and deal with customers very nicely. Zero complaints from me!
This was my first garage repair ever needed and EZ Lift Garage Doors exceeded my expectation. Bobby was on-time at the beginning of the appointment window in a company shirt and had signage on his vehicle. There was no question who he was and why he was there. He viewed my garage door issues and explained the process to fix it. He replaced the spring, pullies, cables, and the roller wheels in about 1 hour! I was very pleased with this company. The technician was extremely thorough. After installing a new garage door opener, he fine tuned the old parts of my Door until all parts were working in sync and noise free. The price was a little on the high side. I had checked with them before they came out and compared prices with a store online, so I had a good idea what it might cost. In fact, the person who set up the appointment gave me an estimate over the phone. I'm pleased with their work and I do recommend this company. Bonus: the technician was polite, clean cut and explained everything so I could understand, he went above and beyond by programming my car so I don't need the remote.
We used them twice for repairs and finally had them replace the garage door opener a week ago. They are prompt & usually can schedule a sameday appointment, honest, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!!
These guys do great work, explain your options without hard selling you on the more expensive route. They've replaced my opener, came back a year later to replace the spring, and they've also insulated my very old garage door. When it comes time to replace that door, I won't call anyone else!

Outstanding Service! I spoke with Adam this morning and he said 4pm today should work for his schedule, which was great for my schedule as well. Adam and his team member showed up 40 minutes early and were done 15 minutes prior to the originally scheduled time. They repaired our issue and explained the life expectancy of our wooden garage door, which is extremely helpful so that we aren't surprised down the road when it's time for a replacement. We would definitely recommend EZ Lift for garage door servicing.
It was explained by another garage door company that the garage door panel for our door was unavailable and we would require a complete door replacement. I then called Adam at EZ Lift Garage doors and requested a quote for a replacement garage door based upon the evaluation of the other company. Adam came out and after a quick inspection he indicated the damage could be repaired. He effected a quick surface repair on two door panels and said it was a "no charge". I thought that was uncommon and rendered a check for his time. Adam was very personable and an excellent source of information for maintenance on our garage doors. It is refreshing to find a business owner who maintains integrity in his work. We will certainly be calling EZ Lift Garage Doors for any future repairs.
We have used this company several times over the years and have always been given excellent service. They always schedule an appointment the same or next day and always arrive early or in time. David is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything and did great work to fix our problematic garage door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
I have used them twice. The first time they fixed my door because someone ran into it. The bottom panel needed to be replaced. I hired them to replace it. They did a great job. Yesterday the door wouldn't go down. I called them to come out and he explained over the phone how to fix it. Honestly I wanted them to come out and they said they would but that I could probably fix it with a quick look. I went home and sure enough it took me all of 5 seconds to fix it. Instead of making a quick buck and charging me a service fee they gave me the information to fix it. I definitely will use this company again as I feel like they are honest and not out to cheat their customers.
We called EZ lift for our garage door opener. The motor seemed like it was going out. They came out and met with my wife. Found the problem, broken springs and also needed a new garage door opener. Gave us an estimate. We went ahead and set up for the repairs. I got off work early, so my wife called to see if they could come out early, which they did. They had everything done in about an hour and a half. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and showed us our new products. Definitely recommend them if you need a new garage door opener or you need repairs to your current system.
We called EZ Lift today after our large automatic garage door stopped working last night. David came out this afternoon -- within hours of us calling -- was incredibly nice & professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, had all of the materials & tools he needed to make the repair with him on his truck and, despite today's frigid temps, had the repair completed very quickly, with high quality & at what we believe was a fair cost.
