I called shortly after 9am and Jason was out with 2 hours fixed my garage door within an hour and cleaned up. Would highly recommend Jason and his company.
Javier came and installed a new garage door for me, he used all low quality parts on my garage door, 2 days after he left the garage door locked and doesn't want to open anymore with my car inside, I called him and tole him that the door won't open and my car is inside, even with my 6 months warranty he refused to come and told me that I have to pay him for his trip to come check why the door is stuck, I had to hire somebody else to fix the problem, a few weeks later the door start opening by itself and actually that is the main problem of getting a new door so my issue with the garage door is still the same. Also his attitude when working on the door was so bad, if you ask him about anything on the door he start talking like he doesn't want hear nothing. Now I have to hire again somebody to redo all the work on the door.
Steven with JT did a fantastic job installing my new garage door. He showed up on time, completed the install in 2 1/2 hours and cleaned up all old parts and doors. The price was exactly what he quoted and their prices are excellent. I would highly recommend them.
I'd had both garage doors replaced about 3 years ago. Last week, one of the doors caught a loop of it's own cable and self-destructed. I called JT, and Steve came the next morning. He spent much of the morning pounding it back to shape, and added reinforcements. It looks fine now, though still creaky on opening. I'd expected that JT would take some responsibility, since Jason had done the installation. Nope. Steve attributed it to my garage "sinking", though there is otherwise zero evidence of this, no cracks in the foundation, and my house has been stable since about 1982. I was charged $270 for the work. My last garage doors lasted over 20 years without problems. Overall, JT seems to do basically competent work, but doesn't take ownership of downstream problems which they are responsible for. Based upon this experience I am lowering my rating to 3 stars, and I am feeling that is probably generous.
Replaced my garage door...great work at a great price
Saw great reviews on Nextdoor and gave JT's a call about my broken garage door opener. Jason asked questions about my opener and was able to give me a quote over the phone. He showed up on time and replaced our broken garage door opener with new one. Did a great job!! And, his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
When your garage door fails, you can't ignore it. I found JT to be punctual, efficient and affordable. He went above and beyond what the other quoted companies did by replacing items instead of trying to bend them back in place. Thanks for your service. I highly recommend.
He was able to come out the same day I called. Replaced the broken cable and got me set up with a remote. Highly recommend, great fast service!
I called Jason when my garage door quit working. The cable came off. I made an appointment and he arrived right on time, had everything completed within an hour. Prices are very affordable and he went above and beyond with his customer service!!! I'll only be using Jason from here on out.

Jason was AWESOME! I called him asking for a quote, he came the next day explain why I needed it a new garage door. And the next week he show up and change it for us. He's HONEST and HARD WORKER. he charged us half of what other companies were asking for and his job was great, he cleaned all the mess and didn't leave any trash behind. 100% recommended
Jason did a great job. We had a broken spring on one of our doors, and he fixed that and replaced the other spring as well. He was very efficient. Called him on a Thursday, and he said he'd come out on Saturday. He reached out first thing Saturday morning and was in and out in an hour. Very professional. Will recommend him to others.
I called Jason on Tuesday after Memorial Day and he said he could come out on Thursday, as he was catching up from the long holiday weekend. That was fine...needed some repair to a malfunctioning door. However, about an hour later that day, he called and said he had a cancellation and could come out. Showed up about 20 minutes later, gave me an estimate to rewind cables, oiled moving parts, etc, and did the work immediately. He was very fairly priced and professional in explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend him for your garage door repairs.
Jason was easy to reach in order to schedule an appointment. Came out per his scheduled time and did great work on my two garage doors in replacing my springs. Made recommendations to reduce noise with new rollers and I found him to be quite affordable. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

I called JT GDS (Jason) on Sunday due to my door falling . He came out Monday morning and accessed the door. It had a broken spring . He repaired the door, did a few maintenance checks and was so professional.He charged an extremely reasonable amount. I highly recommend his business.
