Outstanding service!! Called, expecting to get an appointment in a couple weeks. They were here within a couple hours (no expedited call charges), diagnosed the issue with our opener, got the parts the next day and was fixed. Quoted a very fair price up front, ran into some challenges during the repair, price was still as quoted. Extremely happy with Quality Door Service.
I called QDS late Monday afternoon, and he said the earliest they could come out would be 11am - 1pm on Tuesday. DM showed up at about 11:30 and made the repair quickly and was able to explain what he did and why. I recommend QDS to anyone needing any garage repairs/maintenance. I'll be calling them myself next time my garage needs fixing.

I have had Bob's Quality Door Service help me with my garage door several times over the course of the 20 years I've owned my home. Each time his team has been skilled, polite and efficient. I like that the same employees have been out to help me over a span of several years. That means he treats his employees well and they are proud of what they do. After 20 years of occasional repairs, today I had to replace the entire door. There was only a two day turnaround from inspection to repair, which is amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repair or replacement.
I needed some adjustment and repair completed on a builder installed door that is fairly new. Edwin came out and explained the issue thoroughly. The builder has advised me to pursue the repair through warranty service from the company that did the install. Edwin did not charge me for coming out or doing some adjustment. I was nervous because it's been a while since I used them and I was afraid they might not still be in business or the people had changed. I had absolutely nothing to fear. I've used them twice in the past and they are the ones I recommend to friends and neighbors. You can search but you won't find better people to work with. They amaze me each and every time. Bod fixed my Garage door couple of years ago and I was so impressed with their services so as soon as my garage door has some issues, I gave them a call. Bob was very patient over the phone and tried to help me fix it remotely. It didn't work and they send a guy next day. Their crew came on time and did a through check on my garage door, fixed the minor issue and didn't charge me anything. I think they are by far the most honest, professional door service provider I have ever encountered in Greater Houston area. Would highly recommend them for anyone who will need any door services.

Company was very helpful and technicians were very professional. They realized I don't use the garage door much but wanted a new opener for security. They even tried to repair the old opener (which hadn't been used in 20 years) and save me money. Came out to our house the same day we called. Very professional, respectful installer. Gave clear instructions on how to operate the new machine, and strongly advised not to use LED bulbs. Was not able to do business with Bob, but I will in the future. He promptly answer the phone and got straight to the question of whether I was in his area or not. Unfortunately I was not, but was impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. Not sure about his pricing, but I do know pricing can vary greatly. Give him a call! Our garage door was broken (could not be closed) suddenly after 15 years use. Thought it was a small problem with cable not in drum, worked on myself for about 1 hour and still could not fix. Did a Google and Yelp search and find Quality Door Service with many positive reviews. Called and set an appointment. The next day morning (Oct. 31, 2017), Shawn and his partner came to our house at scheduled time, Shawn checked the door and immediately pointed out the problem and provided a cost to repair. Did not know a garage door has so many tricks, Shawn and his fellow replaced the broken torsion spring and ripped trolley as well as rollers, adjusted the cable and applied lubricant, checked the opening and closing several times to make sure the door functions well. The total cost is $290 including field trip, parts and repairing which is extremely reasonable. Before they came, I thought I could fix it easily without any expense but things did not work that way. Quality door service people are very professional, courtesy and knowledgeable, able to point out the problem and repair the broken door quickly. Shawn also warned me that the motor can be broken anytime after 15 years work and be prepared to replace it. I highly recommend this company. Again you can not go wrong with a company with over 100 positive reviews.
