Google5Driveway gate wasn't working correctly, and Spectrum's service rep. came out to inspect. Turned out we just needed a battery replacement for the control panel, which they took care of immediately. Spectrum's service rep. was knowledgeable and professional - will recommend

Google5Great company. I backed into my garage door before it was completely up. Spectrum went out of their way to find me a technician quickly so we could get it fixed before night time. Jorge and his crew were able to bend the metal back in place and get me up and running without replacing the bent panel. They also tuned up both of my garage doors. They operate much smoother and quieter than ever before.

Angi5My garage door sensors weren't working properly. Corey suggested several options: 1) gently wipe each of the sensors off with a cloth; 2) don't use a broom on them (this may get the sensors out of line); and 3) make sure the sensors are directed at each other that the green and amber lights are on. I did what he (Corey) recommended and my garage door started working perfectly. I didn't need them to come out, therefore, they, Spectrum Overhead Door saved me money. Before spending money, call Corey and let him give you alternatives. Services Rendered: Helped over the phone.

Google2I contracted with Spectrum on November 9th to replace a garage door and garage door opener. The next morning I noticed gaps in both the top right and left corners where the garage door meets the frame. The tech came out to explain it was my problem and I need to have 3 inches of sheetrock cut our so the door would fit. Funny in thirty years I have had two garage doors and both fit perfectly. I have made numerous calls and sent several email to Cory but he will not come out to observe the problem. The tech who installed the doors has replied to my texts but doesn't see any way he is wrong. I spent $3,250 for a door and door opener. I definitely am not a fan of their customer service.

BBB5Excellent friendly service! One of the garage door springs broke yesterday and Spectrum Overhead Door replaced both springs with new springs today! (You always replace both springs when one breaks because the other spring is not far behind in breaking due to metal fatigue over the years.) The old springs were 10+ years old. Over the years, I had been using WD-40 to prolong the life of the garage springs and track rollers. Spectrum staff recommended I use a 'garage door lubricant spray' on my springs and track rollers instead of WD-40 because WD-40 is not a lubricant. I paid with my credit card and Spectrum emailed me my receipt. I found Spectrum Overhead Door for garage door repairs through the BBB because of its high rating with the BBB. I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door services! David 11-22-2023

Google5My 12 year old garage door opener quit working recently so I found Spectrum Overhead Door on a Google search, they had high ratings so I called them and set an appointment. Glad I did. They were professional, honest, showed up on time, did really good work, explained everything and even recommended some fixes to things that they found on my garage door that would have eventually failed and cost me more. Thank you for the excellent service and it is great to know good companies that prioritize the client still exist. Highly recommend.

Google5Quick response to a broken spring on my garage door. Technician was friendly and not only replaced the springs but also lubed the tracks and checked everything else. Gave tips on how to maintain the door, asked if there was anything else he could do and was genuinely interested in keeping a happy customer. Very well done Spectrum! A+A+

Google5Needed a replacement spring that broke on Friday 10/13/2023 for my double garage door, called Spectrum and Travis helped me with the correct torsion spring replacement for my door size and Daniel got me up and running at 1pm today 10/15/2023. Great communication and excellent response and service.

Google5We had a fantastic experience with Spectrum Overhead Door. Cory, the service manager, was transparent and honest about pricing from the start, the moment we set the appointment, they responded within an hour. When Chris, the field technician, came to our home to replace a single spring on our garage door, he recommended replacing the single spring, with dual springs for a more effective solution. The service was prompt, professional, and cost-effective. I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door for their honesty and excellent service.

Google5I had issues with both garage doors and called Spectrum who put me on the schedule for the following day. Very shortly thereafter, Travis called back to say that they would be able to handle the jobs same day which they did. The tech did a great job, explaining options and work planned along with pricing. Work was completed very efficiently and quickly. Cost was reasonable and I have no problem with recommending this company. I will use them again if I have needs in that direction but think it will be a long time before any additional work will be required!

Angi5Chris with Spectrum showed up the next day after calling. Our Garage door was no working properly. Chris replaced the rollers, tightened the screws, lubricated the everything. The price was very reasonable and fair. Services Rendered: Replaced rollers, lubed everything, tightened connections on the door.
