Everything is perfect. Great service. All promises kept. Excellent support. Installation well managed and smoothly done. I recommend them highly. Bill was very helpful to get it planned properly and the installer was fast and very skilled. ADDED ON NOV. 2, 2023. WE ENCOUNTERED A FEW MINOR GLITCHES. EVERY TIME I CALLED SOMEONE FRIENDLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, OFTEN ON THE SAME DAY. THEY CAME 4 TIMES AND FINALLY THE LAST TECHNICIAN FOUND THE PROBLEM. IT WAS LIGHT HITTING THE SENSOR.NO FAULT OF THEIRS. THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT WAS EXCELLENT. THE ARE REALLY DEPENDABLE AND WITH UTMOST INTEGRITY. I WAS SO IMPRESSED, I WAS THINKING "I WISH THAT ALL THE PEOPLE I DEAL WITH WERE THIS COMMITTED AND SERVICE ORIENTED." BILL AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST."

From start to finish we had a great experience with Bill. He was honest and gave great advice and led us to the best option for our home. The doors were exactly what we envisioned and the install was done perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

They did a great job at my house. The frame was rotted at the bottom and needed to be replaced. They replaced the frame and garage door. Aaron and Bill were on time, friendly, neat and professional. My door looks fantastic and works flawlessly. I am extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend their services.

We replaced two garage doors and everything was done professionally and completely. They arrived on time and their projected finish time was right on target. The doors work beautifully. The two man crew worked from the moment they arrived until they broom swept our garage to ensure no nails or screws were left behind. We are very happy with the installation and would highly recommend them for your garage door project.

Bill showed up immediately to perform the door inspection and was amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, and honest in his assessment. Great experience. They replaced my original garage door with a Clopay insulated door. Easy to deal with, fair pricing and quality installation. Probably the last garage door I will need to replace, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bill Reynolds Garage Doors is quite simply one of the best vendors we have ever worked with. Very responsive to our phone calls, provided an immediate dispatch to send repair team, quick, clean work by nice people and true to their word when it comes to scheduling and communication. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We've used them to replace our garage door, repair a previous (old) door, and have had them install two new garage door openers over the past 19 years. These are the people you want for this kind of job!

Last winter our door spring broke trapping both cars inside. we have a double garage door which made it impossible to lift. I called several companies to come and all were booked up as we had an impending major snow storm coming the next day. Reynolds called back and sent someone out right away to get our cars out of the garage. we found out our door was from home Depo and they did not have the part. they call many supply houses to find the part but it could not get here till Monday. this happened on a Friday. we now have 3 cars in driveway with major storm coming Saturday. the next morning our door bell rang at 7am it was Reynolds. they actually drove to the supply house got the part and installed the new door that morning. just as they finished the snow started falling. Now that is customer service!!!!. we just bought the house next door with original garage door and we will be calling Reynolds to install 2 new ones at the end of the his month. You may save money with home depo but the quality is less and if something breaks years later your on your own.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into the show room. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the garage doors and openers. She also responded quickly to follow up questions sent by email. The door and new opener were installed by very professional and efficient men that left my garage floor cleaner than before they came.

My garage door would not open so I called the number on a sticker next to the garage opener. It was after hours so I left my info and got a call back first thing in the morning. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and professional. She said someone would be there to fix the door within an hour. Sure enough, Bill and his coworker were there on time and immediately assessed the situation. Within 30 mins I had a working garage door. They were amazingly nice as well as efficient. They charged a fair price and my door is now working better than ever. I highly recommend Bill Driscoll Jr's Garage Door!!!!!

The company owner came to my home for an estimate. He made a thorough inspection of what needed to be done and then spent about a half hour explaining different options. There was no hard sell or anything like that. The owner is a complete professional and leaves no doubt the job will be done properly. I had to be away during installation.When I got home the job was done and what I found was perfection, in my opinion. The whole experience left a good feeling knowing nearby professionals are ready to do excellent work. I highly recommend Mr. Reynolds and his team

A spring broke on one of my garage doors. I called them and they came in a few hours on the same day. Both service people were professional and explained what they were doing. They reminded me to grease the rollers every year and alerted me that the unit was nearly 20 years old and probably will need to be replaced.

The technician, Brian, that came over quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me everything and explained what needed to be done. He finished the whole job in one hour and it works perfectly now. The price was $!50 less than the nearest competitor and the job was expertly handled with a smile! And Brian, the technician, made sure all remotes were programmed and that the system would work perfectly upon his departure. Which it does. I had already spent $178 on a technician who did not fix the problem and wanted me to spend another $600 to replace the system. No thank you. I'd use Reynolds any and every time. Services Rendered: We had our Liftmaster Garage door opener, belts, sensors, indoor keypad and outdoor keypad replaced.
