Yelp5John arrived the next day from a previous phone call and he fixed my Genie garage door track the same day. He is super witty, provided step by step details on the problem and solution. He gave us tips on maintaining the garage door track and product to use monthly. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a garage door problem. The value for his services was a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with his service.

He came by same day, looked at the doors and thoroughly explained the problems with them. He came back when the parts came in and expertly repaired my doors. He is a true professional! Yelp5I've used John twice for minor garage door repairs. Both times he arrived the same day that I called to request service. On one occasion, he also gave me advice over the phone to troubleshoot an issue that I was having. He's an honest businessman who knows his craft. I had a little sticker shock the first time that he came (I was a brand new homeowner), but considering how important a properly functioning door is -- and the specialized knowledge required to do his job -- it was understandable. You won't walk away spending under $100 -- even for a very small job.

Yelp5I called up to ask if someone could take a look at my garage door opener which was no longer working. John said he could swing by later in the afternoon on the same day. He arrived right on time and was able to promptly repair it that afternoon -- and all at a very fair price. I can't imagine there's a nicer and more straightforward overhead door guy out there to do business with. Thanks again!

Yelp5Absolutely recommend this business! We needed a new garage door last year and upon receiving our estimate found that our older home had what was considered a custom sized door. This did not pose a problem - door panels were ordered for us that would make up one full door that fit our garage perfectly, and it came in earlier than expected. Installation went super quickly, and was done neatly and efficiently. Every step of the process was explained to me so that I knew exactly what changes were being made to my home. Not only that, but we were given the option to keep our old garage door opener as it was still in great condition, and the installer even found an extra remote for that (outdated) model and threw it in for free. Never once did I feel that this company was trying to wring money out of us, which is something I feared as this was our first big home improvement purchase and I thought they'd recommend we replace everything, motor, door and all. This is how business SHOULD be done, and I would recommend this business unequivocally.
