Anthony was everyone I could’ve wanted from a technician: quick, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and polite! He took care to explain exactly why I had an issue with my garage door, what it’s supposed to look like (and sound like!) when it’s functioning correctly, and even gave me tips as to how to better maintain them! Excellent. After a free examination of my old unit an estimate was given for fixing the unit, or replacing. I decided to replace. The work was scheduled and completed the next day. The work was done meticulously. All the wiring was neatly done. The operation procedures and safety features were completely explained. He even helped me to setup my pin for the keyless entry feature. I am completely satisfied. Services Rendered: Garage Door Opener needed to be replaced with a new unit.
