Google5I called a t 7.30 in morning after my wife drove into door and bent out past the trim. They gave me a time frame of arrival. Anthony the tech called me early and said he could come early. He came he saw he conquered. He was so nice and down to earth a pleasure to have work on my home. From start to finish Precision and Anthony were amazing. I will Def use them again if needed and recommend them highly.

Google5Called company around 9:00 am and had the serviceman, Isaac at my house at 10:15 am, after calling to confirm I'd be available at 10:00. I was scheduled for 2:00 to 6:00pm. Isaac diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me options for the solution and completed the fix within minutes of his arrival. Isaac was polite and pleasant and knowledgeable to speak with. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service after my positive experience with Isaac.

Google5Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. Answered all of our questions and gave us options to help fulfill our needs for the project. Very polite and friendly. Google5From consult to installation this company excels at customer service. Prior to every visit they give you the name, photo and bio of the staff member who is coming to your home. All contact with employees were on time, polite and professional. Really outstanding customer service! Our new garage door was installed quickly and they left everything cleaner than before they got there! We couldn't be happier with this company! Great job Precision, we highly recommend!

Google5Called Precision Door to get a quote for a garage door opener and perhaps a new door. Matt arrived during the time frame that was given to me. Matt took his time to explain everything to me and my options. Very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the garage doors. Will most likely get the job done by Precision due to the good customer service so far!

Google5Very satisfied. I literally contacted company 9:30 am on a Tuesday and tech was about to arrive at 10:30am. The service was absolutely great. Needed new springs on my garage. Everything else about my garage was explained to me for future reference on getting it done now or later. This really gave me a better understanding overall. The tech was great, Issac Ward is a great tech and been very helpful and respectful. Thank you

BBB5I highly recommend precision garage door, I just had my new garage door installed and I couldnt be happier. The installers ***** and ****** were very professional, friendly, left the area clean, and demonstrated the door in excellent working condition before they left. They really care about the quality of their product and installation!
