Google5Exceptional customer service, I'm new to the area and was unsure of how my experience would be. Bob and Brian were very helpful and professional. My garage door track was replaced in a timely manner, it was a quick and easy process. Definitely recommend this company.

Google5Wow! Overhead Door is a fantastic company. Our spring broke on garage door. They came immediately to clip it together until new spring was available. It worked perfectly until the new one arrived. They came out and had new spring in place in 1/2 hour. So nice and very professional. We are very happy with the service. Excellent customer service and communication.

Google5We had a fantastic experience. Our garage door spring broke, and we couldn't get the door open to go anywhere. They had a repair person at our house within 15 minutes! He was courteous and worked quickly. Less than an hour after I made the call, the spring had been replaced!

Google5Hi Bob it's Bridger!!! My wife and I just wanted to hop on here and say what an incredible job Bob Shamburger did fixing up our older garage door that needed some TLC including new strut and rollers. He also installed a new operator and the door is stealthy quite and super solid now!!!! We could not be happier with the result!!! Highly recommend and you can trust Bob and this company 100% with all your garage door needs.

Google5Fast and professional service. I dealt with the Mckinleyville shop and Bob did an outstanding job repairing a broken spring. Repair time was fast and Bob was a pleasure to deal with.

Google5Absolutely great service !! We called at 5:30pm, Brian the on call tech was at our place immediately! He was extremely helpful and worked quickly to repair our overhead door. He got our door operable again with a additional advice on how to upgrade our door. We will definitely be doing future business with these guys !!

Google5Overhead Door Company is great to work with. We do quite a bit of work with them. They are quick to communicate what is going on with the project and they do their work really well. We are always pleased after they install garage doors on our jobs. Thank you for all your hard work and good service!

Google5Let me just say, I rarely review anything, but this level of exceptional service is rare. I bought a door in 2000 and enjoyed great service then. Fast forward 2017, I re-order from them and all is great except for a weird glitch with my garage door opener. The whole thing could have gotten tricky or even ugly. Not with this company! They made it right, and handled it quickly. I was seriously impressed! Thank you Carol, Brian and team. I will tell everyone how amazing y'all are.
