I own a rental property in Ashland which is about 40 minutes away from where I live. I've called several times to have the garage door fixed over several weeks. I'm working on the property and have given them notice of whole days I'll be there. They never show up or call on those days. I've asked to schedule a time, but this doesn't seem to be an option. I got a call saying they could come fix it one day, but I was at home. I offered to drop everything I was doing to be there in 40 minutes. This wasn't good enough and they went to the next job. Unacceptable service
Excellent service. Called and left a message on Thursday. They were closed Friday, but called early Monday morning and apologizing for the delay in getting back to me. Someone was at my home by 10am the same day (Monday) to fix the torsion spring. The repair man was very friendly and courteous. Although he didn't need to, he also wore a mask to make us comfortable. Thank you for providing excellent service.
OMG y'all. This place is awesome. I've had a broken garage door for awhile and they came out same day, fixed it and it was way less than I expected (and cheaper than the other quote I got). They were very nice and professional. It only took like 20 minutes for the repair man to fix my problem. I would highly recommend them for any job on your garage door!
I have used them a couple of times and they were always quick in response and the tech was super nice. But the last time I tried to get them to repair a door for a customer of a business I manage they put me off and couldn't tell me if or when they could do the repair. They left me stuck and I had to find someone else in a hurry.
My garage door spring broke on A Tuesday. Called Ashland Garage Service. I explained to the lady that my wife and I both work and no one would be home until approx. 4:30. I was advised it would be the next day until someone could be there. Next day came and I called back to see what time someone would be at the house. Again I was asked if someone was home. I again advised not until around 4:30. Again no call back. I called on Thursday. I was advised they could get to me either this evening or Friday. I told the lady I was off Friday so they could come at anytime. She advised me that they would for sure come on Friday. I called Friday morning at 10:00 to see what time they would possibly be at the house. I was told it would not be until sometime in the evening, but they will be there. Friday came and went. No one showed up and no call. That was the last straw and I finally got a company that is coming to fix the door and it sure isn't Ashland Garage!!
Called to have my garage door fixed after a spring broke. Not only did they still have the specs. for my door, by way of previous owner, but they had the replacement part in stock. Within a matter of two hours my door was completely fixed. I highly recommend them for garage door work.
Highly recommend! I called and the technician was at my house, 30 minutes away, in no time. My daughter-in-law recommended them to me and I thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased, very reasonably priced and very knowledgable on two jobs for our family so far in 2013.
