Brian done a great job. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything he done. Ours has been an on-going project over time. He would do a project then we would save up enough for the next project then call him for the next. He was quick to return phone calls. If he was already working on a project somewhere else he would always give us a time frame of what date he would be able to start on ours. He works quickly yet does it with great quality job. I have no regrets about hiring Brian. Remoldeling older houses has its own set of troubles. You can't find matching parts and things are no longer made. Brian always had an answer of how to fix it!!
Services Rendered: We bought a house that was built in the early 70's. Good house just needed to be updated and changed to be made our own. Our first project we had him to do was to change a 2 car garage into a family room and add on a large storage closet. He removed the garage door and framed up the walls. He finished the entire inside which inclued wiring it along with finishing the outside as well. He also added two window that we never had before. Once the garage door was off he put up vinyl siding along the entire front of the house to it would all match and look nice. He hung matching lights on both entrance doors in the front of the house. Next project was replacing the deck. It was old and he replaced it. The molding around our sliding glass door was made of wood and was rotting due to moisture so he tore out all of the old frame and replaced it with a vinly molding that will last forever :) Next came new gutters...he took down all of the old gutters and replaced them with continuous guttering then installed gutter guards. The next project he remolded a bathroom that included the plumbing. Along with major jobs he has also installed landscape lighting along the outside of the house and around out inground pool. Next came the big job. There were two layers of shingles that were not installed properly in the first place. He removed all old shingles and disposed of them. Next he put on new shingles and even added a ridge vent along the entire length of our house that we did not have but greatly needed. He also installed a comercial size 100 gallon hot water heater.
