Angi5A job well done. The technician explained what he was doing to repair the malfunctioning garage door. Services Rendered: Scotty, the guy that did the repair, was very professional and explained the actions that he was doing to repair the malfunctioning garage door. He explained why he was replacing the items on the door. He also stated that the spring on the door was not the correct one and replaced it with the correct size.

Angi5I called thursday afternoon, friday I had an estimate, monday I confirmed color choice, by tuesday afternoon I had a new garage door. Everyone I dealt with was easy going and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. Services Rendered: had a low headroom garage door replaced

Angi5Dan was efficient and courteous. He lubricated and serviced both garage door systems as part of the service call. I've had good service from Overhead Door company for years. Services Rendered: I needed a minor repair on a garage door opener. In previous years, I've bought garage door openers installed.

Angi2Office personnel were discourteous and dishonest over the phone. Different prices were quoted at different times during one phone call, with no rationale as to why prices had changed. No breakout was provided of the cost of a service call vs. the cost of materials and labor. Since the garage door was broken and the holiday was approaching, we had no choice but to let the worker do the job despite the problems with office personnel. The worker did a good job but the experience was ruined by the company management and office personnel. Services Rendered: replace broken garage door spring

Angi5We called shortly after they opened, and two technicians arrived within an hour. Spring was quickly replaced, and the door and opener were inspected and routine maintenance performed at no additional cost. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. We will definitely use Overhead Door Co. of N. Alabama for any future garage door issues! Services Rendered: The door spring broke and needed replacement.
