Braxton came out quickly and was very knowledgeable. He did a good amount of work replacing brackets, wheels, sensors, etc and completed it all in about 30 mins. They also support Military, Veterans, and First Responders.

We had Precision come out and both clean up and do maintenance on our doors, but also make them easier to open and close. They fixed the squealing sounds and rebalanced the doors with new springs. Very efficient and great results.

Precision door services is a top-notch company and I highly recommend them for any Garage Door related services. I recently replaced my garage door opener, and the service technician pointed out several other things that could be operating better to make my garage door, opener more efficient and safer. The technician showed up on time, and completed his work in a timely fashion, while also taking time to explain to me, everything about the inspection and service that he completed. I could not be happier with my new garage door opener, and I'm confident in its enduring safety and quality.

Very pleased with Precision Service. Justin explained everything in detail with every option. Wasn't pushing anything on us. We had the choice to do nothing, to fix the problem or get one of the options. He took his time to set up the app and to sync the cars to the garage door opener and then showed us how to work everything in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again and would also recommend Precision and Justin to anyone who had a garage door problem. Never felt so good working with a company as much as this one.

Brent was our technician that came out. He was very polite and did a great job. He noticed a few things that will soon need to be fixed. I will ask for him again and will recommend him and this company to friends and family. Well Brent was correct we had a spring break. He came the same that we called. I was so pleased with the service I received from Precision Door Service. They went above and beyond to help me with my garage door. I was very impressed with the technician, Brent. He knew His product. He was patient and explained what was needed for the repair in detail, after the inspection. His knowledge of the product and communication skills is impeccable. I'm excited about my new garage door and opener unit. It was installed this morning, November 7, 2023. The technicians arrived on time and finished within 2 hours of arrival. They left my garage clean and explained operation and maintenance procedures. The office staff was great in coordinating the initial appointment and with scheduling installation. Kudos for a job well done!

Precision promptly provided an estimate and an installation timeframe (screens had to be ordered). Precision installed two Lifestyle screens in the garage as well as quiet garage door rollers. We love how the screen looks and love that the garage door is quiet when opening and closing.

Precision garage door service provided outstanding garage door repair on an old door and system. They were very responsive, and a technician was on-site at my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician (Justin) was very professional and provided a range of options to effect repairs to my garage doors. As soon as we agreed to the scope of the repair, he got right to work and was done within an hour and a half. I can't recommend this company enough if you need to repair your garage door. It's probably the most positive experience I've ever had in 13 years of living in Huntsville for home repairs. I will use Precision Door again and highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to do garage door repairs.

Hunter Taylor and another great tech installed an upgraded motor for us ! And because they aren't pushy salesmen and instead listened to our questions & needs we upgraded ourselves . Both of the techs were so knowledgeable, professional, polite and fast ! I would recommend these men to anyone! We moved out of our home to do a complete remodel and the new motor & new rubber seal on our garage is perfect! And also 2 new clickers !

I totally forgot to post a review but feel compelled to write one. On 4 dec 2019, my 2-car garage door spring broke after 5 pm. I searched reviews on yelp and went with precision door. Thru the yelp app, I was able to upload pictures of the broken spring, garage door, and ask for a quote. I immediately got a quote thru yelp messages and subsequently scheduled the replacement spring work the very next day - all after hours and thru the yelp app messages. The cost was very fair, showed up at the appointment time, replaced the spring, and cost was exactly the quote. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend. Customer service is top notch as well as the work.

Fantastic service! Called them @ 7:30 in the morning because of a broken garage door. Not sure if they'd be open that early or because of the virus. They not only answered, Justin Collier, was there before lunch. He fixed one door and prevented the same problem with the other door. He then adjusted and serviced both doors as part of the call. I can't remember them ever running this quiet! Thank you, you are on speed dial now for future problems!

Update: I called Eric as requested. He sent out another service professional and he fixed the chain that had broken at no cost. I was happy with the service and pleased that they responded positively and were very willing to make my experience a good one. THANK YOU. Had them come out to fix spring. VERY EXPENSIVE. When asked if they had coupons or discounts they said it was "included in service" but on their website they have free service call with repair AND a $25 coupon. He should had mentioned the coupon. It does NOT state you get one or the other. Noticed other thigs had wear and tear but did not think it needed to be changed out. GARAGE DOOR BROKE AGAIN two days later.

Precision Door Service has been a delight to work with, from our initial call to the office, to the personal visit from our technician Justin Collier, to the installation of a new garage door and garage door opener. The customer service representatives in the office were consistently helpful and good-natured as we made, adjusted and finalized appointments. Justin Collier did a full survey of the existing garage door and condition of our 55-year-old house's garage threshold. He explained the various options for doors and door openers. At no time did he recommend any product, but was consistently careful to give us information and answer our many questions. He detailed the upgrades necessary to the physical framing of our home’s garage threshold, including measurements of the materials necessary to bring the door framing itself up to snuff. When he installed the new garage door and door opener, Justin was prompt, thorough, and thoroughly professional. He demonstrated the particular components of our new system and didn’t leave the job site until all was installed and approved. In addition, Justin was mindful to leave the area cleaned, swept and perfectly tidy. Our experience with Precision Door Service has been excellent in every way. My second five-star review in one day, but it's difficult to over-rate how well-run this operation really is. I got an accurate quote over website chat which resulted in a text message confirmation of appointment, then a phone call from the technician who was way ahead on his work. Yes, they tried the multi-tiered up-sell for premium repair and upgrade of my door, but they'd be foolish not to try. No pressure, just the quote. Inside of 30 minutes of arrival, the technician replaced the broken tension spring, remounted the lift cables, and lubricated all of the moving parts. We were not home yet, so they took my card number by phone and locked up the house when they left. Precision Door installed a far better torsion spring than I could have ordered at the local big box store and installed it within approximately $120 of what it would have cost to do it myself. It could only have been better if it were free.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door of Huntsville was outstanding, from our initial phone call to installation. The gentlemen who came out in response to estimate were extremely thorough in their inspection of our old doors and openers, and explained in detail what our replacement options would be. We were provided with three options, at different price points, to replace our doors. Prior to installation, we were contacted to set up a firm installation date and time (which was honored right on time). After the doors and openers were installed, the gentlemen walked us through the operating procedures, and made sure that we understood the importance of registering our products immediately for warranty purposes.
