These guys were the contractors for my builders. For hte last two years I've been dealing with a slow creaky two car door. They came out for warranty twice and only adjusted the opener motor. These fools never tensioned on the two the springs!!!!! I wish I had watched a Youtube on how to do it sooner. Utter incompetence on Valley Overhead Door's part.

WT was so professional and efficient! When I backed into our garage door I thought we'd have to replace the door or at least the panels but he repaired the existing door in less than an hour - and reprogrammed our doors to match the wall buttons like I asked. He was also on time and gave a heads up call. Awesome company!

I had someone come out due to my garage door sensors malfunctioning and they were awesome! He was very friendly and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my garage door. Once he determined the issue, he gave a reasonable quote and repaired within 30 minutes. Very quick work and very professional! He even gave me tips on what to look for to avoid future costs and/or repairs.

They worked me in and were able to replace the springs Monday morning. Showed up right on time and only took about an hour total to do the work. I would highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Both torsion springs on my double garage door broke with a vehicle stuck inside.

We contacted Valley Overhead Door for a replacement garage door. We needed the door in brown and they advised us that they would have to do a special order for the brown. We waited two weeks and didn't hear from the provider. We went back and forth with the person at their office and finally found out that they had failed to order the door and that it would be another week to two weeks. We ended up having to go with another company who took care of our door in less than two days. Services Rendered: Garage Door replacement

See my comments above in what did the provider do. Services Rendered: Repaired photo Eye; adjusted limits; general service and overall safety check - both one and two car garages. Not only did they solve our problem in no time at all (doors just stopped working and would not open) they went the extra mile to check everything for safety and lubricate and test everything. Doors are so much smoother now. Also they reset the keypad so we can open from the outside - this was never working since we bought our home over a year ago! Would call Valley again for anything we need.
