Mr Goodsell came to our house on the same day we called, ordered parts and fixed our garage door all within 48 hours. Very happy with these guys as I have had very negative experiences with other companies in the area in the past.
I met with 3 garage door companies, one of them I spent an hour talking with the owner, he went and measured my door and never provided a quote. I called him and he never responded. The 2nd company I use regularly for our rentals. He brought sample colors and we designed specifics online. We wrote down what he needed to order, he left to go provide quote and never called back. When I reached out to him he had lost our notes. I went out on a limb and reached out to Lance, I was hesitant trust me. But I'm so glad I did and I wish he would've been my first call. Prices are good, response time excellent, installation flawless. My only complaint was it was during COVID and there was a supply shortage so it took 4 months for delivery.
