My old garage door opener freaked out on me about 10 days ago. Finally got time to call someone to come look at it. Figured that it had some age on it & should probably just be replaced. I called the Garage Door Doctor to set up an appointment. Did NOT expect them to come out so quickly (not an emergency situation for me) and did NOT expect them to replace the opener right then & there!! That really surprised me. Jonathan looked things over, said some things that I had expected, some I didn't & was very knowledgeable, respectful & polite. He even suggested some other maintenance needed on my door but didn't pressure me to do any of that. I went ahead and had him do the door maintenance. So worth it!!!! Ticked all that off my list of things to deal with. Thank you Garage Door Doctor & Jonathan!!!

Cole Scheiderer aced my repair! He called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled - which actually helped me. Then his repair on my door exceeded my expectations (see stout square channel installed to reattach opener arm). To top it off, he helped me sync my door opener built-into my truck visor with my door. Sweet!!! Also, Cole recognized that I was heading to the home show and worked quickly; very respectful.

BUYER BEWARE! I scheduled an installation of a garage door in October 2023. The installers were wonderful and their service was great. HOWEVER, one of the door panels was damaged out of the box. The installer advised that he would place a service ticket to have a new panel ordered and installed. I heard nothing from the company. I called in early December and was advised that the panel had NOT been ordered, although the service order was on file, and that I would have to wait for them to get the panel in. An install date was tentatively scheduled for January 8th (I believe). No apology for the delay, no accountability at all and no communication from the company. I've called them twice today and was advised that a message would be given to Jessica, the installation manager to return my call. Still no response. They gladly accepted my payment but the product that I received is damaged and apparently they no longer care about servicing the customer. Hindsight, right? Never would I recommend this company to anyone. Update: After initial post, I received a call from the owner who apologized for the lack of service and delayed installation. He scheduled the repair and the technician did a great job. They were even able to install my garage door opener at the same visit. Thank you Jeff for committing to service excellence.

Garage Door Doctor was quick to respond to our vehicle being stuck in our garage and the price was much lower than I expected!! The technician arrived in a wrapped service vehicle which put our mind at ease that we weren't getting a contractor or "truck bed service" . Our technician had the needed parts on his van and had our problem solved in less than two hours. This is our second timing using Garage Door Doctor. We had used them previously at our old house and had great service. This time I called Friday night and got an appointment for the next morning. Cole showed up on time and prepared to get our issue fixed. He thoroughly explained our different options. Cole was cordial and professional and got our springs replaced and tuned up the door and opener. He was completely done and back on the road in roughly 90 minutes. Excellent service!

We had our first garage door replaced several months ago and got the second door replaced this week. Ashley came out to do an assessment and was amazing. She answered all of my questions in a very detailed way. She was also incredibly pleasant to work with when she was here. When we got the garage door installed, ,we had Ryder come out to install it. He did a fantastic job. Like Ashley, he answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly! He even pointed out something that I didn't notice, which was great. Ashley and Ryder provided a great customer experience. Because of the both of them, I will definitely recommend Garage Door Doctor to my friends and family.

Gave Garage Door Doctor a call after one of our springs snapped and was scheduled for a service call the very next morning per our request. The service technician Cole called before our appointment window and said he was running early which was okay with us. Upon arrival, Cole did his inspection then presented us with the repair options. He did the repair work and then took the time to review what was done and answer any questions. Cole was awesome. Very friendly and thorough. Excellent service. Would recommend Garage Door Doctor to all!

So happy we went with Garage Door Doctor! After a lot of shopping around, comparing price and quality, we chose a beautiful insulated Haas carriage style door. They carry a nice selection with the best pricing in the area. The salesman was helpful, and kind. He came out multiple times to show me samples. The installation team worked efficiently and were patient helping me understand the fancy new smart openers we had installed. The doors look great and work perfectly.

***Caution***Long Story Ahead... I was bought a garage door opener from Home Depot for my birthday and was excited to hear that they offer installation service. The service installer is "Garage Door Doctor." It seemed easy enough for me, they came out and installed the door, but here is the kicker. The first installer, which will remain nameless, did the bare minimum, he did not install my opener correct and when he left, I door was stuck and would open. All while he was there is repeated disparaging comments to me about my car and the brand of opener I bought, stating it was cheap basically and he did the best he could. When he left my door never opened again. Sadly, I was stuck at home with no way to get into my garage as I live in a condo. I had no access to my car, and no way to get into the garage at all. I rated their service badly and proceeded to explain that I needed them to come back out. I called Home Depot, they explained they could help and sent another work order for them to come back out and fix this problem. By this time my confidence and hope in this company was at an all-time low. The next day the VP of the company showed up with a technician and apologized for the way I was treated, and vowed to fix my opener and get my door open and will rectify the problem in one day. I was so shocked that the VP showed up with this very knowledgeable technician who was able to diagnose the problem and get my door working, he even installed better framework and wheels for easy and versatile rolling. I was overwhelmed that a company could touch my heart in such a way, I started to cry. I was overwhelmed. I have never had the VP of the company show up to my residence, but this guy is amazing, and I want to say thank you Douglas Trumpey and Brian Whitney for your diligence in doing the job in which you are skilled and perfected to do. You have made a huge difference in my life, and I am sure with this attitude and work ethic that this company will continue to do great things in the community and forever more! I want to take this time to say to the company "Garage Door Doctor". Thank YOU!!! My confidence and faith in your business has been renewed and I will make sure this good name and your work will live forever!!!

We had a great experience working with Garage Door Doctor. We did a lot of comparison shopping. They had exactly what we were looking for at the best price by far. We went an insulated Haas carriage style door and new smart garage door openers. Installation was great. We would definitely recommend them. We love our new doors!

Garage Door Doctor is the only garage door company I will call going forward. The cable on my garage door broke and so they were the first garage door company I called after noticing their trucks everywhere. There people were very professional and polite while setting up the service appointment. They worked around my schedule and still got me scheduled for the next day. Eric Johnson was my service tech and he is a great dude. Like the guy who set up my appointment Eric was very professional and respectful. He diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, and explained everything including all my options. Once we agreed to the service needed he went to work and had my garage door working in no time. Alec did a great job with my garage door tune up, and the "special" rate was a real deal. He also recommended what needed replacement and gave me options for different budgets, but didn't pressure me to make a decision. He emailed me the options so I can take time to consider them. The pro did a great job. They were able to come out quickly, assess the damage, provide an accurate quote, and do the repair in an efficient manner complete with a warranty. One of the springs were broken on the door and needed to be replaced. The expert looked over the entire system and provided some helpful recommendations outside of the needed repair as well as what to watch out for coming up. The garage door now works great and I'm glad that I hired them to fix it. I would recommend and hire them again. Services Rendered: Fix a broken garage door that was stuck and wouldn't go up.

This company was awesome. They responded to my inquiry right away and I was able to make a repair appt for a saturday morning, which was great. The repairman was super nice and super informative of what he was going to try to do, showed me my estimate repair, and also what a total replacement would cost (because I wanted a comparison). He was able to fix the bottom of my door and add new sensors, and there is new life in the old door at least for a while. Very professional, quick, and overall a great experience.
