Tim, the owner, came out the same day I called. He examined the entire door and assessed the issue. He then adjusted the springs and lubricated all of the various for components. While he was here I also asked him about the seal at the bottom of the door. He was able to stretch it back out so that it sealed along it's entire length. I especially appreciated his clear explanation of everything he was doing. I will definitely call him again if I have any future garage door issues and would highly recommend him to my friends. Services Rendered: When using my opener mY garage door would only open half or 3/4 of the way.

Garage Door of Indiana LLC (nick-owner) came out within an hour of me calling inquiring about a quote for two busted springs on our garage door - they not only had the best priced quote but did amazing work! My garage door had started to lean recently and today I noticed the pulley was broken and the garage door was very hard to open. I called them and hoped to get an appointment sometime this weekend, but they came the same day and the service they provided couldn't have been better! I was preparing for the worst, but the price was lower than I expected, they offered a warranty and put all of my worries at ease. They are super sweet people and I would recommend them to anyone. Tim will always be my go-to guy if I have any garage door issues in the future.

If you have garage door issues just go ahead and call these guys, simple as that. Yea you can call other companies but they'll charge more (another "big" company wanted $400 while these guys charged me only $218. They're good and they don't charge as mush as the bigger companies (with more overhead). Also most importantly they'll most likely be there the same day. In fact for me they literally went out of their way to help out, leaving downtown to come to the northeast side within just a few hours of my call when my garage door spring broke which made it impossible to leave the house. Inconvenient plus what if there was an emergency? I'd describe Garage Door Service as old school in a good way. Tim King himself (the owner) came in, replaced the springs, balanced the garage door and took a lot of time to explain everything and advise me on the door itself, the opener, what kind of lights to use on it as well as what to look out for from other companies. I've always liked hiring smaller companies where the owner himself is there rather than whoever was hired this week and/or they have to charge the "book rate".

They did a fine job. I guess it was a fair price. Probably the rubber piece didn't cost much it's the service call. But everybody has that. They were very nice. Their responsiveness was good. We are a little bit out of their way. So it took them a little bit to get down here. It was such a small job he was waiting till he got into the area. I told him I was in no hurry so whenever he was in the area. Punctuality was good. Services Rendered: The replaced the rubber on the bottom of the garage door.

It went very well. They got us up and running so that we could least operate the garage door electronically initially and then returned to the house days later to fix up the damaged area of plywood connected to the brick located outside of the garage door. Services Rendered: Fixed the interior of the garage door and the exterior where the door had become separated from the brick.
