Google5Called at 3:30pm for a broken garage door spring. Larry said he'd arrive by 5pm and get us back in working order. He arrived on time and had the repair finished and was on his way within 20min. Both times we've needed repairs to our overhead doors we've used Indy Door Guy and both times we've had prompt, friendly service. We are IDG customers for life! Thanks Larry!

Google5These folks are the very best. Indy Door Guy installed our automatic garage door system 7 years ago. It was all manual before that and at least once a year we had (a different) garage door company out to fix one thing or another. We haven't had a single issue with our automatic system in all that time. Not one. We just had to replace the 9 volt battery in our outside keypad and I felt I needed to let everyone know that this is the business they should use.

Yelp5Quick response, very respectful and honest. Best price on the market. Charge us half than all other competitors and gave us double the warranty on both parts and labor. Definitely will give him my business again.

Google5Don't let their no-frills website fool you. This company is top notch and puts all their efforts into their work. Our home was built in the mid-1980's and had the original garage door. We were completely impressed with all aspects of their business. Timely response to the initial quote request, great quality, excellent customer service, and prompt arrival. A great local business and we highly recommend them. I've included the before and after photos... they do great work!

Google5Indy Door Guy is a great company! I highly recommend! I called late one evening and they were very responsive and at my house first thing the next morning. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they'd be able to do it within a few days. Came out two days later and had it done within an hour. Great experience and we will definitely use in the future!

Google5After a rake handle got caught between my door and the garage and one of the overhead torsion springs broke, I thought I'd have to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Googling the average cost for the job didn't help either. I started envisioning steep estimates like $300-$600. I'm happy to say that not only did Indy Door Guy quote me a fair price over the phone, they honored it, sight unseen. I called them around 4PM and they were here within 30 minutes! The other service providers I contacted said they weren't available until 2 days later and were asking a lot more for the same job. I have to say, I was blown away by how quickly the Indy Door Guy crew arrived, finished the work (it only took about 15 minutes!) and left. They said it would've been a lot faster if I hadn't tried to fix it myself by removing the broken spring. Anyway, the next time I have a garage door repair job, I won't hesitate to call them!

Google5I can not praise Indy Door Guy Inc. enough. When I called to get a quote for two new doors, openers, and installation they were willing to come out the same day (while I was not able to accept that and had them come out the next day). They quoted the doors and install on spot while making sure to explain why they were quoting the materials they were quoting. After the quote they were able to install the next day. Super friendly service and great work. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any garage door needs.

Angi5They answered my call and set up an appointment for the same day. They called a head of time to ask if they could come out earlier than scheduled. They finished the job quickly. Yelp5Called them and they were here in 30 minutes, fixed a broken spring and also programmed the homelink in my car to open the garage door, adjusted and lubricated everything and were done in less than an hour, even took my broken springs etc so I didn't have to figure out how to dispose of a 15 foot piece of metal, highly recommend

Angi5Larry was very responsive. As soon as he arrived and looked at the door, he said it was repairable. He came the next morning, replaced the door beam, fixed the bent, and installed the opener and charged very reasonable amount for that. Within one week, there was problem when one of the rollers came out and the garage door became inoperable. He came again and fixed it and didn't charge anything. Angi5Larry & his son were kind, professional and described in detail what needed fixed and the parts needed. They were on time & finished in a reasonable time. They gave me a fair & reasonable quote. Will definitely use these guy again. Services Rendered: Rollers needed replaced on single door. Double door needed repaired after backing into it.

Angi5I called Larry on Friday evening at 5:15, he and his son Ray arrived at my house at 6:50 and repaired the broken coil on the garage door in 15 minutes. They were very kind and down to earth. Their prices are very straight forward and posted on their website. I will definitely call Indy Door Guy when my door opener needs replaced (which will probably be soon since it’s over 20 years old). Angi5Contacted Larry in the late morning and was given a very favorable quote for the replacement of two garage door springs along with a committment to be at our resisence at 3:00 in the afternoon. Technician showed up as promised and was VERY professional and couteous and completed the job in a timely manner and for the exact amount quoted. Yelp5Take my advice these guys are the best. Garage door spring broke at 8:00 am and I called the company we used the previous time and they weren't certain when they could come out. So I spent the morning searching the Internet for a new company that could come out anytime that day. And I came across Indy Door Guys. They had great reviews and now I know why. I gave them a call at 12:10 pm and they were at my house at 1:00 pm. WOW. Had the door fixed in 30 minutes and a great price too. If you need your garage door fixed, these guys are great.

Google5It's not often that you get great service at a reasonable price these days. I was quoted a price for replacing the springs on my garage door and scheduled an appointment for them to do the work. They arrived right on time and completed the job in about 25 minutes for the amount that they originally quoted. They didn't try to sell me any other services, just did what they said they were going to do. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would recommend the Indy Door Guy to anyone needing their service.

Yelp5Broke a door spring and spent a half hr making phone calls. In short..... for the price EVERYONE...and i do mean everyone else wanted for just 1 spring he replaced both of them and checked out the rest of the door and replaced bearings (?) That he didn't like the look of. I'm and out in about a half hr. Way very highly recommend
