This family owned business really helped me so quickly with my garage door! They were really quick to respond, checked everything, and fixed it rather than trying to sell me new replacement parts! Which I would buy from them as well if I needed them because of the warranty and the fair pricing! Definitely would call them again if I had any other issues :) super amazing people 5/5 stars!

Great service, honest prices, and highly recommended. I called another service and they wanted $800-1500 for tension springs. Busy Bee came to the rescue and the repairs was under $400. Don't get scammed, use Busy Bee.

I needed garage door repairs. I looked on Yelp, read the many outstanding reviews, and called Caleb. Caleb picked up, we spoke on the phone briefly, he came by the house to look at the damage, made recommendations with a very reasonable quote, came by on another day with the new parts, and he and another guy fixed the garage door issue. Happy customer, yay! He said to just call him back if anything happens in the future regarding the garage. If you need a New Garage door Caleb is the real deal . I called several Garage door companies and Busy Bee is definitely the company that cares about the customer. Caleb done a custom door installation without hesitation very fair on pricing and used the best door manufacturer to get me the custom door needed for my home . I gotta say, having had some not so great experiences with garage door repair and I was expecting more of the same. But Caleb blew that out of the water. Literally took 2 steps into my garage and saw the issue, adjusted what the other companies clearly missed, (my door is a custom 9ft door and was daunting to the previous companies, ironically he had actually worked on the door prior to us buying the house) and was just an all around pleasant guy, not to mention the super fair pricing. Hopefully I don't need his services again, until of course, I need regular servicing, and at that point, I will 100% be calling him again.

Caleb with Busy Bee Garage Doors was quick to respond despite it being New Years weekend. The work was timely, high quality and literally 1/3rd of the price that another, less reputable, garage door company quoted. If you need your garage doors repaired or replaced correctly and at a fair price, look no further. Highly recommended!

Caleb was awesome! Absolutely recommended and would go back again. He worked around my schedule to come out and help with a malfunctioning garage opener that I thought I was going to have to be replaced. He suggested that he could fix the opener we had; which was a huge relief. We rescheduled a follow up visit and he was able to fix our garage up and tune it up to run nice and smooth and nearly like it was new. Very reasonably priced for quality and reliable service that is hard to find these days!

I attempted to open my garage door and noticed it didn't work properly. I called and he came over the same day. Very professional and quick. He tested the door, which worked properly, and was done in 20 minutes. Great attitude and proficient. Services Rendered: Replace both torsion springs.

My son tried to operate the garage door today, and the door jamed. When I examined it, I found that it had come off it's track. My wife and I tried to close the door, and couldn't even do that by hand. I called Caleb at Busy Bee Garage Doors Inc. and he already had a full schedule even though it was Saturday; but he postponed a dinner date with his wife to come out in the early evening and fix the door. He called to let me know when he would be arriving, and he arrived exactly on time. He got out his tools and a short inspection of the door turned up the problem: the door was new one year ago, and the new spring on one side had lost some tension, allowing a cable to release. Caleb put the door back on its tracks, fixed the cable, adjusted the tension on both springs, adjusted the setting which stops the door from trying to close if an object (like a person) is caught in the door, and lubricated and tested the whole system. He accepts credit cards which made it easy for me to pay the bill. He charged more than usual because (1) it was Saturday; (2) he had to come after normal hours; and (3) he had to squeeze it into his schedule with no advance notice. I felt the price was completely fair under the circumstances, and he didn't just pop the door back onto its track, he adjusted and lubricated the whole system. Services Rendered: Repaired a segmented garage door that came off it's track.

I had to reschedule an appointment and he responded to my telephone request immediately. He arrived on time, performed a thorough and quick assessment, and completed the work in a timely manner.
