Google5Woke up to a broken garage door! Called 5 different companies and the only company that responded immediately was Zaaap. The owner was truly impressive. He was out to fix my garage door within a few hours. He did an amazing job fixing my garage door and communicated the problem at hand. Hands down best company with the best price for the repair. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family! Thanks again Zaaap!

Google5Great business, called him and he was able to get me in after he finished a service call, same day. Great pricing cheapest I found and I called around. Don't let these other companies get you with the low prices only to add on hidden cost, Shawn was upfront about his price and didn't charge a penny more. Definitely will be using him for any repairs or maintenance I need.

Yelp5Shawn came out on Thanksgiving Day to fix my garage door rail. He was reliable, timely, and professional. Thank goodness he came out so quickly... I keep both of my cars garaged and I have to work tomorrow! I'd recommend Shawn to my friends and family!

Google5Shawn is a great guy, was able to schedule and get immediate service. Very professional and provided a free quote, once he arrived he knew exactly the issue was with my garage door and was it even able to fix my other smaller garage door too at no additional charge. I got both my garage doors fixed for the price of one, amazing! Great attitude. Strong work ethic. I highly recommend him.

Yelp5Shawn came out within an hour of calling him. He fixed my broken garage door spring and made sure everything was working right. He also fixed the issue of the door not closing if the sun is shining on it, which the last guy could not fix (and did not believe me that it was happening). He is very conscientious and asked me to call him the next day to let him know if everything was still working OK.

Yelp5Shawn and his company have helped us out a few times. 1-RELIABLE Responds right away and when he says he will call back he actually does. Also, arrived on time. 2- HONEST we thought we needed a whole new system and he took a look and fixed some things to improve our usage and told us to hold out on a new system. 3- EXPERT. Shawn was able to find the door sensory was our problem and find an easy and cheap solution. 4-RESOURCEFUL He was able to tell me that we should consider replacing system in the future with a similar system and pointed me to the best routes to get more information for what I needed and wanted. I appreciated his work and honesty.

Yelp5We requested a quote from Shawn and he came over in 15minutes! We we're ready to replace our garage door motors and he advised us not to as yes old but still working. He did a maintenance on them and tightened them and gave us 2 new remotes!! He is incredibly Honest and was done in less than an hour! Yelp5I don't know where to start with this review, so I will just start with Shawn. Shawn is amazing. He took my call on a Saturday morning and minutes later, he was literally in my garage switching out my original spring setup that was installed by Pardee to a more modern torsion system. He conducted an assessment, provided a thorough explanation as to how and what went wrong with my door that was currently stuck open and provided options on how to get matters right immediately. He did all of this, plus a breakdown/removal of the old setup and installed a new system within an hour. Shawn was not only very informative and reasonable, but he was also very friendly and down to Earth. As he performed the service, we had a good time talking and trading stories about life. The man is wise beyond his years and made a potentially very stressful situation a non-issue for my family and I. If you need help with your garage, go with Shawn at ZAAAP! He is licensed and certified and simply does great work!

Yelp5Shawn with ZAAP is great! My Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster spring broke and the door would not open. I called Shawn and two other repair services. Shawn arrived in 1 hour as promised. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Then he performed the torsion spring conversion, cleaned up everything, checked operation of the door, and gave me some garage door tips. I highly recommend hiring him for your garage door needs.

Angi5Shawn was amazing, I thought I needed a new garage door. He first assess what needed to be done, look at the make and model of the door. Then gave me my options and what would be his first choice. I took Shawn's choice of repairing the door, he did an excellent job showed me how to reset the door and gave me choices on what I could do if anything went wrong. Shawn also gave me a military discount. I will definitely be calling him again if anything goes wrong and definitely telling everybody on the block about him, he's first rate! Angi5Shawn's experience in garage doors shows. He explained my options so I could make an informed decision. He wasn't pushy. He was able to problem solve around a huge beam that runs across my garage ceiling. He fine-tuned everything when he was finished for a well completed job. Angi5Garage sensor not working Services Rendered: Sean from Zaaap was great, was able to come the same day, and took care of everything by fixing my existing sensors. He also tuned up the garage door and fixed an issue from the previous installer. Very honest and open on what he did and great pricing. Would recommend him to friends.
