I encountered the same thing as other reviewer. I had already checked the sensor and the light would only go on part time; the wires were old, brittle and needed jiggling to work. The DOD repairman came out and repaired an unrelated problem, billed us $150 and the garage door still didn't work. We called them again. You have to be home(so more time taken off work), the repairman arrives and I tell him it's the sensor/light. Guess what; I was right. He gives me a 2nd service charge/bill for $150 and I questioned the charge for 2nd service call when it wasn't fixed the first time. The repairman (unprofessional, reeked, and towered over me- I'm 5ft2, 120lbs) started talking louder, told me, I "should have told him it was the sensor light the first time" and got belligerent when I told him that I was paying for his expertise to diagnose and fix the problem. He refused to remove the 2nd service call fee. I will never use them again!
