I reached out to a couple places at the beginning of the year to see if they would be willing to offer discounted rates for replacing two broken windows at the Pearson house, in an effort to take one thing off their plate as they brought Penelope home after her leukemia diagnosis. Dan Knebel responded really quickly and offered to "take care of these at no charge." When I tell you I teared up, you should understand how much that meant.
He sent out his estimator on a day when Penelope would be out to avoid sharing germs, and when the glass came in, they remembered that her clinic days were on Fridays. Since she's in the hospital right now, they squeezed the job in today, for a total turnaround time of only five weeks!
When Penelope is discharged, it feels wonderful to know that her home will be a little warmer, and we can thank Knebel Windows' generosity for that. If you are replacing windows any time soon, you definitely know where to go. A HUGE THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, goes out to Dan Knebel and Knebel Windows.
