Technican had the door fixed in about an hour-busted pulley, rusted parts, adjusted main spring, lubed moving parts. I called them at 815-he was here before 9. Very grateful for service. Highly recommend them. And the price was reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I needed my garage fixed on Friday evening. They were so helpful and got me in even though it was so late. Very kind and got the job done quickly. At our Business a Garage door got blown to pieces by a fork lift running into it. It was off the track completely, wheels broken off, and it wouldn't move even using an excavator to try and shut it. These guys came in and fixed it and did a great job quickly! Would highly recommend them!

Great experience working with American Garage Door Company! Dan asked me to send photos. Got back to me with a very fair price! Told me Matt be there early AM next morning. Called around. One company wasn't answering their phone and another company's "ball park" was close to four figures plus may cost even more re the electrical connection. Old spring broke. The old motor, though still working, was not in compliance with current NYS regulations. So purchased a new motor, a new spring set up, two remotes plus setting up sensor in my car. Matt did a great job! All done in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend American Garage Door!!

We called American Garage on a Friday afternoon when we discovered our opener was on its last legs. They came to our house the next day, when they don't typically work, and had the problem fixed within 2 hours and didn't try to sell us any unnecessary parts or services. Awesome service, would highly recommend!

Not only is Dan fantastic at diagnosing and fixing garage doors, his prices are very reasonable and he is a genuinely nice guy and really cares about his customers. Unquestionably one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and call Dan if you need any assistance with your garage doors.

Best company!!! Very reasonably priced! Great customer service!! Super fast making the time to come here the day I called to help me open our garage door as it wasn't openning at all! And then the following morning he came, fixed the garage door opener within an hour! I will definitely be using them again!!

Excellent work. The door was upgraded to an insulated door with an automatic opener. The American Garage Door Co made easy work of a non-standard situation, taking out the old door and installing the new one, all in less than a day. Nice work. Good price. Services Rendered: Garage Door Replacement. Our 66 year old garage door needed to be replaced and upgraded.

I contacted them early in the morning and they responded before noon. Diagnosed problem (approx 2 hrs) and did not charge me for their time. Came back early the next morning and replace unit. They were very prompt and professional. I would call them again in a flash and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: They replaced our inoperable garage door opener and supplied us with an extra remote.
