I got a call the next morning from randy. He said he would be here for an assessment within 2 hrs. He never showed up and answered any of my calls. Bad customer service!!!!!!!!!

Same morning I called they were there, great service...super fast & friendly, I'm a repeat customer! Purchased a new door closure from them too couple years ago, and they were very affordable and quick then too.

I was so pleased with thier work. They showed up to my home for an testament. And left 45 minutes later with the job done. I can't thank them enough. I will keep thier number on my fridge!

I have done my best to keep my garage door and opener working. After all these years I finally called Randy and wanted a well insulated door with windows (also insulated) and a new opener with a battery backup. His crew just left. WOW! What a nice well made door and everything is so quiet. I never knew it was going to be this nice and silent. I never had windows on my garage door. So much light comes in now. All this and a lifetime warranty. His crew is the best. Nice guys and they do great work. Bravo Randy! My wife and I are so glad we went to you for this long needed upgrade.

I have always been very satisfied with the service I received from Affordable doors. I have had both installation and service by Randy and his crew. My most recent service was for a broken lift spring. I called Randy at 7 pm and he had a crew here at 8:30 the next morning. The door was repaired by 9:15. Affordable Doors has always been fair on pricing and extremely prompt on service.

No receipt was provided for work done. The two guys that were there did an okay job but then tried to say that the doors I purchased didn't come with a brace for the top of the door to connect the opener too. I had 3 doors and on the boxes they said that they came with the brace. He wanted to charge me an additional 250.00 dollars to come back out and install them himself. I suspect that they "disappeared" in an effort to get more money out of me. Wouldn't recommend....

Professional service. One phone call, arrangements made. Couldn't meet Randy, but he stopped by the house, evaluated the problem, and ordered the parts. His counsel on the repair made sense. Repairs done in less than 36 hours. So for my money this is a good service. Have a garage door challenge?
