I broke my garage door this morning and called Overhead Door. (They had been here before to repair a spring.). I was told the earliest someone could be here would be between 4-6. At 2:45 I get call from Aaron and he says he’ll be 10 mins. By 3:30 door was repaired,inspected,adjusted and lubricated. And the price was more than reasonable. I trust Aaron and Overheard Door implicitly!! Whole heartedly endorse them!!!

Aaron M did a wonderful job replacing the motor to our garage door and all the odds and ends that go with that. Was done quicker than expected. Very friendly and bonus gave plenty of attention to our very social dog!

Well in short the winds blowing this fall. And my garage door sensors are working perfectly they p/u the leaves while backing out my garage and you can guess the rest. Thanks to Aaron.M he came out first valuable they had on time and fixed reinstalling my guide wheels on door and bent track and realign everything for me and greased springs and roller and had it like new again. I have bought overhead doors from this buisness before with good responce & service. This time a little different,,, First, the Salesman Patrick was very professional & handled my calls & sale good. Second, when the installation of my door finally scheduled & the day of install Adam showed up on time with all the exact door & hardware that was specified in the order,,, Adam did a good job of installing the door correctly, very nice young man! The issue I had was more than once with the secretary Hunter,, 1st she did not return phone calls, when I mentioned my voice-mail, she ignored it, I said something to Patrick about it,, he apologized for the issue, then when the door was ordered , I did not recieve a call to set a date for installation. I called Patrick,, he checked said yes the door was in, & he would have Hunter call to set up an appointment. I waited a week,, no call!! I called Patrick again, he said really! I will call Hunter & have her call you today, he apologized! Later that day Hunter finally called, & acted like nothing was wrong, I didnt say anything, we set the appointment up, & it went off great! So Im not sure if I would use this buisness again or not? Patrick was great, Adam. Was great, but deffinetly a problem with Hunter,, I believe she is costing this establishment work & money!!

The pricing is reasonable and overall competitive with local area. The overall quality of the door is good but my issues stem from service and the install. Two things happened, number 1 the sensors weren’t properly aligned so the door would not close normally, we had techs out on two different occasion, the first time they didn’t look at them claimed it was a sun issue and left it at that, wasn’t until the following time they came out that they realized the sensors were misaligned. The second issue is in regards to a paint defect in the window frame, I noticed it the first time I saw the door and had to reach out to have it corrected, I feel that it was obvious enough that the installation tech should’ve caught it and started the warranty ball rolling. With the amount spent I expected the door to be in pristine condition. Since then it’s been over a month and I have to email them almost weekly to get any kind of update on when they will make the repair. If I had to do it again, I’d shop more companies in the area.

I had a new motor installed a year ago and at that time the Service Tech, Aaron M, informed me the springs were beginning to show wear, and would eventually cause a problem. This year I decided to replace the 20 year old springs, I requested Aaron again because of his work ethic / professionalism / knowledge and friendly attitude. He did another GREAT job and presented a positive attitude.

Initially, I had a big Bad experience with my garage door and had Overhead Door of Jackson come out to look at the the door to see if it could be fixed or ifit would have to be replaced and unfortunately it did. However, they fixed the door temporarily until the new door arrived. They promptly called me back and gave me an estimate for the replacement door and then was ordered. When the new door arrived, Arron come out and installed the new door. He did a fatastic job, was very friendly and very courteous. Answering any questions we had. Our home garage door system was 60 years old. I called and a tech came out and advised me that they could repair the system. I was called and told they had located a vendor who could make the needed springs. Given all the current manufacturing problems they arrived. Robert came to the house and in a relatively short time had the new springs installed and calibrated to our opener. He was very professional and explained everything including preventative maintenance we should do. An absolutely pleasurable experience.

I rang up Overhead to come appraise our garage door opener. They quoted a price and said they'd be in touch within a week. Unfortunately, they didn't get back to me, but when I called them, they set me up with a date to come out and fix the garage door opener (it was just before the holidays and they were short staffed, so I certainly don't hold anything against them for not getting back to me within the original timeframe). The gentleman who came out and fixed the door was great - knocked out everything quickly while I continued my own work. $500 seemed fair to put in an all new garage door opener and keypad. The only thing keeping me from giving them five stars is that the repair man took down what code I wanted for our keypad but didn't program it using that code. I had to read through the instructions and reprogram it myself. Other than that, solid place. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My Garage Door was broken, I talked to kaitlan in the Jackson office and she sent out two guys aaron and dave all three awesome people, fixed my door, it works great, I would strongly suggest all veterans to do business with them, I only wish I could give more than the five stars..........They most definitely support the veterans...........

Recently had an amazing experience with these guys. My mother has a condo that she rents out. The garage door had become inoperable (spring/cable) she had a handyman order parts from them. A week later she passed away due to covid 19. I flew in from Arizona to take care of outstanding items and arrangements. After looking at the door it was apparent that it just needed a full replacement. I went to Overhead in Jackson and was greeted by Leanne, who is a wonderful person. She was very sympathetic to my situation. They absorbed the parts that had came in and expedited a new door install for that same day for a great price. The tech that came out was right on time and extremely professional and efficient. He had the full door installed trimmed out, working and looking great in less than 2 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are real people that care and do a great job for a true value. Thanks Leanne and overhead door.

Our garage door is old. We think it was the first garage door ever manufactured. It's so old we can no longer buy replacement parts, so when our one working opener stopped working we knew we needed help. We tried to order new openers online and program them ourselves only to find out nothing is compatible with a receiver built in 1980. OverHead Door suggested getting a new receiver and two new openers. We gladly agreed. Parts took less than one week to order and the new receiver was installed and working in less than 10 minutes. I have no idea why we did not have one installed sooner. Our garage door still works, so that was left alone, but we can now open our door without having to fiddle with the opener. As a bonus the new openers are amazingly small - the old ones were huge (it was like upgrading from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6.) I Know everyone is curious so, I was given a time between 1:00 and 3:00 pm and the technician showed up both times around 1:30 pm. Both appointments took about 10 minutes and the technician was super polite and helpful.

I struggled with my troubled garage door off and on for about two years. I went to the store, and bought parts, grease, wheels, bolts, and changed, tweaked, and greased. It would improve slightly for awhile, and then revert to its old cranky, rattling, and inconsistent operation. All I wanted was my garage door to go up and down without my having to worry about it actually going down, or it stopping 3 or 4 times each time, and trailing back up without closing! I finally called this company, and they sent a service guy out who fixed in an hour what I could not fix in two years. My garage door has worked perfectly ever since. Their prices were reasonable. I was humbled.

Workers were professional. I believe the work took longer than what I had paid for. They initially offered the part, but then said it might not be needed right away when they had the unit apart. I took it anyway, feeling I owed them for the extra work they had already performed. Services Rendered: Door was off track and cables were tangled. Partly my fault. They also replaced part of the control mechanism.
