I can highly recommend A 24 Hour Door Service for their kindness and professionalism. I spoke over the phone with John the day that I was having an issue with my garage door, and he walked me through the process of how to resolve the issue with my garage door not wanting to close. With him being so helpful, I decided to schedule a maintenance appointment to make sure that everything was working at peak performance. This afternoon, Robbie came to my home and set upon meticulously checking all of the door hinges, frames, rollers, cables, springs...you name it; he checked it! He made sure that everything was properly lubricated and also cleaned anything that need to be cleaned including opening the Genie mechanism to dust out cobwebs and check all of the internal circuitry. Robbie was even able to reprogram my old external keypad which had not functioned properly in years. He also suggested some things which I could do in years to come in order to help both the garage door as well as the garage environment in general. It was some of the best money which I have spent in order to have peace of mind and maintain something which is used so frequently, and which can be expensive to replace these days. Kudos to these wonderful people who help to keep our homes in proper working order since I will be scheduling a maintenance appointment with A 24 Hour Door Service on a regular basis!
