Google5WOW! Great customer service! I called at 8:00 am, broken mainspring job completed by 11:30 am. Cost was very reasonable, and tips to maintain were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and I will call them again if service is ever needed again.

Google5Lowell was very helpful and professional. I contacted him at around 10:00 am after a contractor that my home warranty sent couldn't repair my garage door. Lowell asked for photos and within 30 minutes determined the problem. He gave me an estimate and said that he could be at my home at 2:30 pm to make the repairs. Long story short...my garage was back operable by 3:45 pm. I will definitely be calling on the Doctor for any future repairs

Google5Excellent service!! Lowell is a very knowledgeable professional. I will always call him for service and repair. He has a quick response time and the pricing is clear and fair. I would recommend him for ANY residential or commercial job. This specific repair was at my house, however he has also done doors for the company I work for, so I have seen his work at both residential and commercial buildings. I was most impressed by his skill. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Great personality too!! Thanks Lowell we really appreciate it!!

Google5Lowell with Garage Door Doctor Express is absolutely amazing. He performance far exceeded my expectation. This is the first time that i have used this company, but it must certainly will not be the last. He came to my house on the day that I contacted him, which I thought was very considerate and thoughtful of him. If your garage door needs a DOCTOR I would definitely recommend Lowell.
