Google5We had the spring on our garage door break mid-morning. They had a tech out that afternoon who fixed us back up in less than 20 min. The door works and sounds brand new. He also reattached our broken sensor mount without being asked. 10/10.

Google5I was trying to get a Garage Door Repair Person for two days and couldn't get any help as my Garage Door wouldn't open.I described the problem to one Company and was told it sounded like a Spring was broken but it would be this coming Fri before they could come out . I was watching WAPT 16 ABC Jackson , Mississippi local news this morning and The Door Man had an advertisement on their channel, so I called and they were out here and repaired my Ga Door within an hour and a half. So thankful for The Door Man and will continue to use they as my permanent Repair Company. Great , Quick and Efficient work and Friendly Person(Repair Man) .

Yelp5One of our springs popped first thing this morning (of course). After my wife and I handled the fun task of lifting our garage manually, I called around to get quotes, timeframes, and spent a lot of time reading reviews. A woman in my neighborhood vouched for them on our HOA page and so I followed her recommendation. Glad I did - the technician (Gunnar) just left and did a fantastic job. Talked to the owner first hand who explained everything to me and said they'd try to work me in faster if they could. It just worked out that they were leaving another close by address and so I didn't have to wait long. Explained what I needed to do to maintain my door also and was very polite and professional. It opens like butter now. By the way, thanks for the military discount guys! Very kind of you. The price was very competitive even before that. I won't be calling around the next time this happens, just going to go straight to the pros.

Google5Absolutely outstanding work. They've done work on our garage door twice now: once a few years ago when a spring broke, and again recently when a support bracket broke and took several other components with it when the door came out of the track. In both instances, someone was there to answer the phone and take my information, a service tech returned my call within a couple of hours, and my door was fixed the same day. The prices are more than reasonable, the staff is friendly and professional, and they were very accommodating with taking payment over the phone since I work out of town. I strongly recommend them for any of your garage door service needs.

Google5The Door Man is amazing. If I could give more stars I would. I ran into my garage door and messed it up pretty good. Called someone else and he put it back on track so I could close it. Said he would have to replace everything except the motor and it would cost$3000. Took pics sent to Door Man. He said it didn't need replacing!!! Sent Ryan out to fix it. Ryan was polite and did a great job. It cost less than $500. Thank you so much. You definitely will be who I call if I need to again.

Google5Replaced my door on house years ago and just sold house. Still working perfectly with no issues at all. Blake and the crew are on point. Just ordered two doors for new place we are building. Great people here!!

Google5They are quick to respond to my requests and do great work. I wanted a new technology in my garage door opener and I think I was the first person to ever request it so they weren't carrying it yet. So the ordered what I wanted, taught themselves everything about it and installed it flawlessly and it's incredibly quiet and has video that monitors my garage. Nothing they've installed has broken. The only reason they've been back was to replace a spring installed by another company.

Google5We have used them twice. The first time the garage spring broke, the 2nd time the garage chain pully broke. Both times they came out within 24hrs and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. We highly recommend The Door Man for all garage issues. They are THE BEST !!!!!!

Yelp5They responded promptly to my text and were at my home soon afterwards. They made the repair, explained it all, and were reasonably priced. They were very nice and polite. I have used them before and will call them the next time I have a garage door problem.

Yelp5I called the door Man on Friday morning they had a had a repair man at my house in the early afternoon he fixed my garage door in about 30 minutes plus did some other maintenance and headed up and going and doing a fine job and a nice gentleman I appreciate them coming out in service in my my count
