Pretty poor customer service. I see I'm the fourth review of this company and also the 4th to give just one star. Ought to tell Rocky something about his service model. I e used them before and have even referred them a time or two, but I won't be doing that again. Couldn't get Rocky to even make an appointment with me for days. But Automatic Gate Construction came within hours of my call. I'm using them from now on.

Very disappointed in this company. Had our gate opener installed in 2015. One of the installers was very homophobic and I had to ask him to keep his opinion to himself. Flash forward 2020 opener needs to be fixed and called them about it. I was told by the technician that this opener was obsoleted in 2014 and they could not fix it. Said a replacement would cost $2700. When I asked why they sold me an obsolete opener he didn't have an answer and the. Said he had a $900 opener they could use. No real help in trying to solve this issue and not happy at all that an opener that was a year obsolete was installed on my gate.

We were new homeowners & our home had a Genie system. It was so loud and rough as it operated. We got a new Liftmaster System installed & it is so nice. Very Smooth & Quiet!!! Liftmaster is the best! ASAP is fast & knows their stuff! Will definitely use again!! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Service is horrible! The female answering the phone needs to be fired immediately! Response time extremely slow!! Do not use this company!!!! You will regret it!

Horrible customer service!! Have called several times for someone to come out to fix my garage and it takes days for someone to contact you. Just made a call today to just ask to speak with a service member on how to change the battery due to garage door remaining open. I was told that there was no one I could speak with and she would put me on the list for an appointment, but she was unsure how soon they would be able to come out! When I asked to speak with the manager she stated she was the manager and there was no one else to speak with! I asked for her name but she would not give me her name, which was strange, since you're the manager!! So now my garage door is left open and I have no idea when someone will be able to fix it. And let's not forget, all I wanted, was to speak with someone on How to change the battery on a garage system that they installed!!!! Very disappointed in there service. Will go with another company. And spread the word from Hernando to Memphis on their horrible customer service!!
