Google5After looking over several reviews from several other garage door places around Jackson, TN, I decided to give Door Hangers a call. I'm glad that I did! They were very accommodating with scheduling an afternoon appointment to come out for an estimate. Later that evening Mr. Ron called us back with the estimate. Before my husband hung up, he told Mr. Ron that he had been sick and Mr. Ron offered to say a prayer for him. That was such a kind gesture! They scheduled our appointment for our install and even gave us a call to move up our appointment because they were able to get to us sooner than expected. I would definitely use their services again.

Google5EXCELLENT customer service. My daughter's garage door broke today and her car was inside. We tried everything we knew but could not get it open. I Called and Mr. Ron answered on a Saturday and offered to come out on a Saturday to get her car out! He even wound up fixing it!! Who else would have provided such great service!!!

Google5I called to request service for my garage door, however Door Hanger Inc was booked out a week and a half out. I had plans to go out of town within the week. Miss Debbie said that she would fit me in as soon as possible during the upcoming week. Low and behold, I received a called later the same day that Mr. Ron was able to come out same day to look at my garage door. The price was very very reasonable and the service Mr. Ron provided was excellent!!! Thank you both sooo much for the great service !!!

Google5Since offering my original review, I realize now that I submitted a negative mark on the wrong company. I regret this deeply, and am not sure how to right the ship. I hope that my admittance of this error here is at least the start of recompense. I have not personally done business with Door Hangers, but a neighbor has and they were most pleased. My apologies to the owner (s), I made a mistake.

Google5Door Hangers is an ethically run company with honest employees. They have replaced one garage door and have replaced parts to keep another door working. I recommend them to everyone!

Google5I purchased my garage door from door hangers and installed it myself. I only installed it myself because I was on a time crunch to get out of a self storage unit. I would like to give a thumbs to them for the personal service and helpfulness. Although they probably would have installed it quicker than I, that being said it took me around 3.5 hours and it works perfectly. If you do decide to install yourself do your homework make sure everything is square, level and plumb and take your time.
