Called them out to fix an issue. Thought we had it fixed but it was still messing up. They came back out and fully fixed the issue. Great communicators and service was fabulous! Would definitely use these guys again!

Good place to deal with called on Wednesday afternoon and they were able to give me a appointment at 8AM on Saturday and they were on time took about a hour and I was good to go. I like places that do what they say they are going to do and the man that showed up was good and very professional I highly recommend this place

I was extremely pleased with the service received from Jackson Overhead Door! They were timely & professional. I purchased a universal remote, but was not able to get it to work. A Technician came out specifically to try programming it with the current system. Unfortunately, he couldn't get it to work either. Our system was just old and we needed to upgrade. He scheduled the appointment on the spot and got it installed the next week. I live in a different state and was not able to be there for the installation, I asked the Technician if he would mind programming my Dad's truck with the new remote. He was more than happy to assist. They worked with me over the phone to get everything taken care of. We're very pleased with the new system and great customer service we received!!! Thank You!!!

My husband and I contacted Jackson Overhead Door. They contacted us back the very next day and came over to our house measured and asked us questions as we also asked him questions. We got our doors ordered and then installed. We love our doors, they even have cameras in them. We will be getting matching shutters next.

From the first contact we were treated with the most friendly and professional personnel we could have wished. We ordered a new door and opener with a normal wait period of four to five weeks. The existing door had a broken tension spring. A repairman was dispatched after the Christmas weekend to do a temporary fix. The spring was once again working so the shipping delay was not so important. Two days later the spring broke a second time in a different place and both our vehicles were trapped in the garage. We called and a gentleman from the commercial side said he had two technicians returning from Union City. He sent them to our home and they lifted the door to enable the release of one automobile. Again very polite and professional. When we asked the service charge, no charge. They were just happy to help. That was on a Friday. The salesman came the same day to certify the correct color of the door and informed us he had a higher priced door in stock that the business would upgrade at no additional charge. He called the scheduler and our new door and opener were installed three days later. We could write a book about our treatment and service emphasizing the exceptional people with whom we had contact. We doubt ever having door difficulty but if we do the first and only call will be to Jackson Overhead Door and their truly capable craftsmen. On a scale of on to ten we rate them a fifteen!

They did fine. We had a problem with one of the openers and they came back to fix it and everything was great. The service cost about $600 or $700. They did what they said that they would do and we did not have a problem when we had a problem. When we had an issue with the door, they came right out and fixed it and took care of it. Our interaction with them has been fine and we did not have a problem with that. Services Rendered: We used Jackson Overhead Door probably four or five months ago for putting in a couple of door openers for us.

I've had a good experience with them. They were excellent. I didn't know it would be that cheap. It was very cheap. The guy came and in 15 minutes he was done and gone. Services Rendered: Jackson Overhead Door put in a new spring for my garage door.

The experience was awful. I held their invoice for 3 months. None of the garage door companies around Jackson are worth much, to be honest. I am in commercial maintenance, and I needed a 14 to 14 highlift door, and they ordered me a 14 to 14 vertical lift. I had already cut the holes and they expected me to leave it open with the people's products in the building. It took them forever to get the door. I had several invoices with them. There were several things they were supposed to do, and they didn't do them, but they invoiced me. They are a rip off. You have to watch invoices and make sure they are billing you for what they did -- not 8 hours of service. Services Rendered: I used Jackson Overhead Door | Jackson, TN. I got an overhead garage door from them and they installed it.
