Google5I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Dawn is AMAZING! She went out of her way to get a crew here A.S.A.P. (I run a self storage facility, and we are a bit of a drive for them), she is always kind, courteous, professional and friendly! The two gentleman that have come to fix the doors on a couple of units are also just the best! Quick, efficient, friendly and they do an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Burdens! Two thumbs way up!!

Google5Just had Burdens Overhead Doors look at two different garage door problems we had at two locations and they were on time and quickly solved the problem on both. Very easy to deal with and we are satisfied with there work and professionalism.

Google5Great company to do business with. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. They checked out my 32 year old garage door and adjusted the tension so I could open it without it falling back down when the electricity is out. At my request, they replaced the old metal rollers with new nylon ones to cut down on the vibration and noise. They lubed everything and didn't try to sell me new springs or a new door. I appreciate their honesty.

Google5Burden's helped me out of a jam, literally. Am a home owner with a commerical 14' boat/rv garage door that got stuck at an inopportune moment. Burden's was able to dispatch a crew quickly. Their team was professional and were able to resolve the jam, rebalance the door, and lube and service the springs and rollers. Not my first time with Burden's - they were good and reliable in the past too - definitely the best choice.

Google5Met Gary Burden through a family member. Have had to utilize her services twice. Once to come out and balance my garage door, and today to replace broken springs. The technicians that have arrived on both occasions were very professional and personable. The skill level is apparent immediately. I know this is the only service I will use for future issues, and strongly recommend this is a chouce you should make also. Thanks to you and your team Gary!

Google5Burdens crew member Matt inspected the door on Thursday Oct 21, 2021and provided advise about the different options. The crews were able to install the door the following Friday because the owner had a supply of overhead doors and springs. The crew members were very professional and quick with the removal and instillation of the new garage door. They ensure the door function correctly. Pictures to be added

Google5I called this company about 11 am Tuesday when I was having trouble with my garage door. My call was returned within 10 minutes of leaving a message. EVERYONE I talked with was so professional and they came out that afternoon to look at the issues. My garage door was fixed right the first time. Matt was outstanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Matt did tell me that I would more then likely have to replace the motor and springs in the near future. After talking with Matt and Mr. Gary, my wife and I decided to go ahead and go ahead with the recommendation. Mr. Gary gave us the best price and Matt WAS BACK THE NEXT AFTERNNON to complete the job. OUTSTANDING JOB BY ALL. we WILL 100% recommend this company to EVERYONE.
