John was great, he came out Labor Day morning, did not have spring and offered to get door open to remove cars. Came next day right on time and left left about 8pm. We also had a new opener installed and that was my idea. I wanted a wireless system. John checked the door to make sure it was right. Services Rendered: Spring broke on garage door

Not only was John punctual, polite and knowledgable, he also installed a reinforcement bar to a weak area of our garage door, saving us money an major headaches down the road. I described the problem to him over the phone, and he was able to diagnose the issue right away. He gave me an estimate, and stuck to it. I greatly appreciated the care of a small business. Furthermore, I truly appreciated working with an honest company that did not try to up-sell more services or products. I will recommend him to others in my neighborhood. John also went out of his way to teach me how to lubricate all of the garage door parts so I wouldn't have to spend money again in a while. Businesses like these are a rarity nowadays.
