We purchased the Carriage House door. We waited 6 months for this door. It is way overpriced by 85% in our opinion. A bit disappointed, the hinges and door handles are not real, just plastic magnets. The glass frames are even a cheaper plastic. For a custom door priced at over 6k why 50cent plastic displays for handles and hinges on outside? The children and others can simply pull them off and the dog can chew them. Services Rendered: New Carriage House garage door and system

First day did not have the correct part to do the job. Schedule for the next day; office called in the AM indicating service between 3-5PM; I called back, in the AM, to "confirmed" that someone would be home from "noon on!!!!" No one showed up on the 2nd day!!! Called on the 3rd day, spoke with a lady, rude & short, she indicated that when the tech's called to let me know they were on their way, the call was not answered. I indicated they did not leave a message, and when I don't recognize the # I allow it to go to VM. They left no message!! Paid this outfit $93.00 the first day for about 20 minutes of service, with the understanding that when they returned the next day, there would be no additional service charge, pay only for the part. Since I had paid for a service charge, I shouldn't have, you would thing these tech's would have had the "professional courtesy" to show up, since "their" time had already been paid for!! Absolute P_ _ _ Poor communications, follow-up & professionalism!! Services Rendered: Needed outside garage door keypad replaced.
