Service provider called before arrival (which was great as I was running late to pick up my child) didn't mind waiting, and was very friendly and repaired the door. Bad day- I left my purse at work so I was unable to pay for the service. I explained I would not be able to submit payment same day, technician stated they were flexible and I could call in payment the following day or wait for a bill to arrive in the mail. Excellent customer service. Will recommend to friends. Services Rendered: Garage door spring repair. Both springs needed to be replaced and door needed to be centered. I called and the staff was able to fit me in the following day, late in the afternoon.

Both times that he came over he was on time. First time to check out the garage door and the second time to replace it. I explain that the door was jammed plus I wanted to replace the garage door because it was pretty beat up. He temporary fixed my garage door and I got a price for a new one. Less than a week he was back with my new door. It didn't take him long to replace my door. He took away the old door, cleaned his mess and put the garage as it was before he showed up. He was very professional and friendly. Wasn't pushy in any means. I highly recommend this company for the service they have given me. Services Rendered: Put in a new garage door.
