Tuesday morning, as scheduled, company representative David Gray arrived and repaired the door roller that had come out of the track, but he didn't stop there, but rechecked all hangers and their nuts and bolts, to make sure all was secure after the initial installation. Future problems averted by the 30 year veteran knowing his overhead door skills. My thanks to David and to his company, Overhead Door Company of New Bern. I rate them 5 Stars.
