I consider them exceptional in their service and their work. I like that when I call them, they respond right away. They were prompt when they said they would be here. They did the work that I asked them to do. The repair man was friendly and very efficient. The woman that I talked to in the office was friendly too. I also had the rubber bands on the garage door replaced, and the guy couldn't complete that work in that particular day. He came back a few days later, and the woman in the office was very accommodating with that appointment also. I feel like what they charge and what they did were good! I don't feel like I was overcharged for what I got. I would absolutely hire them again. Services Rendered: I used a garage door company called The Janesville Door Company. I have used them after a lightning struck my garage door opener. They replaced and installed the garage door opener.

I called for a repair in the late afternoon and a very nice young man arrived at 10:00am the next morning. He replaced the broken spring in a timely manner (1 hour) and performed safety checks. Services Rendered: They cut and installed springs for double size garage door. Then they tightened, oiled and adjusted the door and operator.
