5 star spot all the way. Needed an automatic garage opener and they got the job done promptly. Alex is who installed the machine was very prompt and knowledge. He got the job done seamlessly. I called and they came the day after. It was easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place.

I have a low headroom garage. Gus and the team at Neptune Door Company worked tirelessly with multiple visits to make sure that I had a new door with the max headroom. My jeep didn't fit with the old door and now it does! A very complicated job that they would not give up on. These guys are the best!! highly recommended.

Sadly after telling the girl who answered on Friday 9 Jun how I heard from many how good they were, she said she would have Carlos call me later and schedule an appointment. I have still not heard back from them and it is 14 Jun. Would not recommend them.

Great customer service by Sharon. Carlos the service manager was able to set up my appointment for the date I was requesting. Alex came to my house and was very kind and polite and did the work perfectly. I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. JOB WELL DONE !

Neptune Door originally installed our garage doors in 2006. We called them for service because the springs had broken on the large door. After so many years, I was not expecting anything to be under warranty. It was not even part of the conversation when I called. To my surprise, Carlo called me and said they were submitting it for warranty but wasn't sure it would be covered. But it was! So THANK YOU Neptune Door for being honest. THANK YOU Sharon for researching it. THANK YOU Michael for fixing my issue and for being so pleasant! Neptune Door will be the only company we will call and recommend.

Had two garage doors and openers installed a few years ago by Neptune Door Co. They did a great job at a good price. I now had a problem with one of the doors not closing, but it would open. I called Neptune for a service call and described my problem. They suggested that I first see if the electric eye was dirty or became misaligned. They were right! The electric eye was dirty. I cleaned the surface, and everything worked properly. They saved me a service call! Great company to do business with.

My review is months and months overdue. Sorry! The last thing I wanted to do was go shopping for a garage door. Definitely concerned about being financially taken advantage of as a female. I had a great experience! I was immediately greeted by Jess and the owner Gus. Both went out of their way to explain my options and got me a great deal on one of their showroom doors. The installation went smooth. Gus even came by to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend Neptune Door Company.

It went very well. The first person who came out evaluated it and gave me the comparison of replacing the damaged panel or replacing the whole door. He put the damaged door back on track and didn't charge me for that at all. They were very reliable, called and arrived when they said that they would and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Services Rendered: After my garage door was hit, they put it back on the track so it would work while I was waiting for the replacement door which had to be ordered from out of state.

You really couldn't ask for more in a company. The office was open promptly on a Monday morning. Shortly after phoning I received a call asking for a little more information about the type of door and spring. Someone came to measure the spring then returned to do the repair. By 11AM that SAME morning the door was fixed. Total cost was an extremely reasonable $239 for prompt and reliable service. This same company had replaced one of our door at least 20 years ago. You really can't go wrong with them. I will refer them to anyone I know who needs garage door service. Services Rendered: A torsion spring was replaced on one of the doors. It had broken and we were unable to open the door.
