Roy was very responsive when I called and came over the next day. He lubricated the doors thoroughly hoping that would solve the problem with the garage door opener. Unfortunately the problem happened again a couple days later so I needed a new garage opener and the old Liftmaster was over 20 years old. He had his crew come back and install a new Liftmaster opener the next day. We had a misunderstanding how the wires would be installed in the garage with the new opener because the code regulations had changed. We needed to install the door opener button in the garage rather than where it was currently in the laundry room. I was disappointed with the way the exposed new wires looked which was not what I expected in the final installation. When I called him to complain the installation didn't meet my expectations and looked half baked he said he would come back and put in a wireless button in the garage. He came back a couple days later and eliminated all the unsightly wires across the garage ceiling by installing the wireless opener button. It looks great now because he takes pride in his installations and wanted to be sure he met or exceeded my expectations. He didn't charge me anything additional for the wireless opener button which is normally an additional cost. He was a pleasure to work with and came back quickly to solve the issue after I had already paid him in full. He will be my contractor going forward for any issues that arise with my garage door in the future.

Great company. First they walked me through a few troubleshooting options to see if I could avoid having to pay for a service call. My garage door opener wasn't opening my garage door. My issue went deeper than the troubleshooting so I called them a couple of weeks later. They were kind enough to ask what times would be good for me in the next couple of days. The following morning I got a call that they could come be at my home in about 20 minutes to check out my opener after another job in the area. They showed up and not only fixed what was wrong, they also spruced up everything to give it a thorough tune up. Very reasonable price considering all they did, SUPER professional and friendly. And they explained everything they were doing as they worked on it. On both occasions (initial phone call and then service visit) they didn't take advantage of me by inventing problems to be fixed. Fast, reliable, helpful and informative! Had an issue with our garage door not shutting all the way. Called up and Roy was able to stop by the same day to fix the issue. He recommended we also get new springs and pulleys in order to stop the shimmying of the garage door on the way up and down. He had somewhere to go, but a couple hours later two of his guys were able to come back and fix it. Works like brand new! Also, was very helpful in giving a quote if we wanted to replace our garage doors in the future. Very honest in saying we had a few years left on our doors and didn't need to be relaxed right away. Would definitely use him again when we want to replace them!
If i could give 10 stars to this company, I would!! I hired Roy to install a garage door for my mom in Brick. Not only are they punctual and honest, but their customer service is awesome. The door was installed within hours and the quality of their products are second to none. This company was more reasonable than their local competitors. I would highly recommend this establishment and its obvious why they have been in business so long!!
There is no better garage door service company in central NJ . They are professional , knowledgeable and honest . I've had other companies that were just horrible and dishonest . His prices are fair on all repairs. Also the prices on new installs were better then Costco . Who put in my last doors . It was like having a street gang do the work. Do yourself a favor and use these guys
I've been working with Nolze for years and I highly recommend them. They're honest, professional, and considerate of my time. I had my aunt call them for an estimate to replace her old wooden garage door in Little Silver. They set her up with someone who was able to help her fix the problem for a fraction of what it would have cost for a new door.
