Called made an appointment to come out and fix our garage door. They called the day before and said they would be out here that morning. Morning past, so I called them and they tell me their guy didn't show up and didn't know if they would come or not. Not very professional...waited all morning for them. I will never recommend this company!!!!

Wow! Just wow! My garage door needed repair and they were here in a little over an hour. Great customer service all the way around from the telephone receptionist who took my call to the tech who made the repair!

Horrible Service manager customer service. Service manager dropped the ball with scheduling, and even hassled me about what early in "early morning" appointment meant. The irony lies in the fact that his guys were not here for the early appointment and when I called I was told it would be this afternoon!?! Canceled my ticket with them and using Jonesboro Overhead Door instead!!! Don't waste your time!!! A few extra dollars spent is worth being treated with respect!!

Great place for garage door service. We had garage door springs broke in two homes. Tip set up my appointments for both homes at my convenience. Ricky and Brandon were professional and courteous. They had both doors fixed and running smoothly in a short time. They did an awesome job at a great price. Thanks you!!!
