Our experience with Tri-County Garage Doors was first class from start to finish. We were having a problem opening and shutting our garage door, so I gave Tri-County a call and they said they would get someone out there is soon as possible. Less than an hour later I got a call from the technician. Adam Pace came out and fixed our problem right away. Highly recommended.

The price was about what everyone in my area was charging. Services and warranties are about the same offered by many other door installers in my area. The doors appear to be excellent quality. The business was very friendly to work with and always returned phone calls promptly. Doors were ordered and put in within 2 weeks of me purchasing them. One Note: I had a small problem with the framing. It took my husband about 2 hours to fix it so it wasn't a big deal; however, I wish the garage installer would have told us that when we ordered the doors instead of the day before he wanted to install them. This would of allowed my husband more time to fix the problem. But it all worked out. I'm glad the garage installer did notify me of the problem. This showed he pays attention to detail and wanted his doors to seal well and I appreciate that. I would use them again and do recommend this business.
