Google5Roof Masters Remodeling & Solar replaced my roof, gutters & downspouts after hail damage. They coordinated everything with insurance and everything went quickly and smoothly. They had my solar panels removed & reinstalled, and were very good about cleaning up everything when finished. I would recommend them to any one needing roofing work.

Google5We just had our entire roof replaced with Roof Masters Remodeling and Solar. They did a fantastic, amazing job. from workmanship professionalism, to clean up and haul off. They also made the insurance process to easy we didn't have to do anything. If you think you have storm damage to your roof and need repair or replacement, use them ask for Nathan. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Google5I had roof damage from a recent storm. Roof Masters was out the very next day (Friday) and did an inspection. They helped me contact my insurance company and they sent out a guy to inspect the very next Monday! As soon as I got the report, they had someone delivering the materials needed. We had about a week of rain, but they showed up as soon as we had a few clear days. They worked fast as efficient, staying late every day! I have a 2 story house with a huge add on, so it is a large roof! They were very cooperative letting me interrupt their work to let my 2 big aggressive dogs out to do their business. Great group of guys. I would definitely hire them again.

Google5Roof Masters did my roof, gutters, garage doors and some windows and screens. They were very helpful in the insurance process, did quality work and are very professional. Nathan and the office staff are friendly, and easy to contact.

Google1This company did work on the house that I purchased. My inspector found a ton of stuff wrong with the roof including a leak between the shingle roof and the metal back porch. This is supposed to be sealed up when the new shingle roof is put on which they did not do. I tried for 2 weeks to contact them, left multiple voicemails and finally got to talk to Nathan today. Nathan claimed because of a agreement made between him and the previous owner the leak was not his problem. I am the current holder of the warranty not the previous owner. I will be moving forward in having another company inspect the roof to find any faults and hold Roofmasters liable for any cost to fix their labor if they refuse too. Edit: I didn't yell at any employees. I yelled at Nathan, the so called owner of the company due to his unwillingness to make things right on the roof. To add, it is my first amendment right to review on Google any institution I have done business with, my experience with the company was noted and if that brings "harm" to your company it is no one's fault but your own. We have since hired a roofer to inspect and he has found quite a few things wrong. I will be reaching out via certified mail as described on the warranty. If the company continues to not make things right it will result in legal action.

Google5After having a horrible solar install done by another company back in december, I reached out to Roof Masters and spoke with the office manager Kat and explained my situation. She had Nathan out to my house for an inspection that very next day! After the inspection Kat worked quickly and efficiently to have all of the documents together, the materials ordered, delivered and the roof replaced within a couples days time. Kat then reached out after the project completion to make sure everything went smoothly, asked how the roof looked, made sure I was satisfied and to let me know they appreciated my business and not to hesitate reaching out if I have any issues. Kat was pleasure to work with!

BBB5I talked with ***** from roof Masters about checking my roof gutters and garage door for hail damage he found damage on all three ***** assured me if I signed up with Roofmasters my only out-of-pocket cost would be my deductible which ended up being only $1000 I signed up with ***** at Roofmasters they finance my entire project roof gutters downspouts garage door roofmasters worked with my insurance through the whole process while I got to sit back and watch the work be done to my home it now looks brand new I am very satisfied and impressed with my experience with the roof Masters I would recommend them to anybody

BBB5Roof Masters replaced my roof and guttering due to hail damage. They financed the entire project and I only paid the deductible after the project was complete. Blake * is an incredible representative for Roof Masters and made the whole process easy. He filed the insurance claim for me, was present when the adjuster inspected my roof, and dropped by periodically to check on the roofer's progress. I would highly recommend Roof Masters to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement, plus would encourage you to contact Blank to get your project going.

BBB5I found Roof Masters through **** ******* They Responded to my online request for roofing services to remove and replace my shingles roof, gutters, fascia all was bought and paid for through my insurance claim. Roof Masters Came to Springfield from Joplin and handled my large roof job in 24 hr turn around including a fantastic clean up job. Roof masters was the only company offering me a price lock guaranty that my only out of pocket cost was my deductible, and everything was per their final invoice per insurance approval meaning they handled everything with my insurance carrier where I didn’t give any down payment and never paid any money before the work was completed 1 st they catered to me with the color selection and delivered materials and installed all per their promises made on day one. I hope anyone in the Springfield area or anywhere for that matter get as lucky as I to find Roof Masters And get everything handled without leaving your house.

BBB5Roof masters was great they inspected our roof after roofing our neighbors then told us how they could get us a new roof. We then had a claim filed that day. And then nathan and the rmr team handled everything with our insurance after that. We got a phone call telling us we were approved from our inurance with-in days, they said check was on its way. However The rmr team had allready confirmed our color, and did not need to wait for our check to be available to pay , they really do take the worrie away, they have completed all our appproved works all with out a penny down. Our only out of pocket cost was our deductable as advertises i hope you get to see what they can do for you.

BBB1I URGE OTHERS TO AVOID ROOF MASTERS REMODELING The owner of Roof Masters Remodeling, Nathan *****, is a bully and used intimidation tactics to make me feel like I had no recourse regarding the issues caused by their poor quality of work. Nathan made me feel uncomfortable and caused me to debate for days on whether to say anything regarding my experience with Roof Masters Remodeling. I chose Roof Masters Remodeling (RMR) under the assumption that they would provide me valued products and service based on their mottos and what guarantees they offers. Boy, was I fooled. I hired Roof Masters Remodeling to replace my roof, repair interior damage, siding, and gutters due to storm damage. The job was 90% paid for by my insurance company. In February 2020, I hired them to begin work, and they finished by July 2020. Unfortunately, I had to have them come back in February 2021 when the roof leaked and caused interior damage again. With my “unprofessional eyes,” I could see that certain things we not done correctly, and the quality of work looked unprofessional. A few examples of this: 1)The wall repairs made in the Master Bedroom were not appropriately made; the drywall mud was applied too heavily. As a result, if slight pressure is applied to the wall, it will crack. Additionally, the texture and paint do not match the wall and ceiling. 2) The damaged sheetrock caused by the roof leak should have been cut out, and an inspection of the interior wall should have been done. 3) There are nails on the roof pushing shingles up. 4) When it rains, water flows between the gutter and fascia, which I believe is causing water to go behind the siding. I had multiple professionals come out to look at the house, and I showed them the work that Roof Masters Remodeling had performed. The professionals were ICE-Insight Consulting Engineer, a local painter, a local plumber, Joplin Mold Inspection, and two local gutter companies. They all pointed out issues regarding RMR’s work. I can provide a more detailed description of this if and when needed. Here are a few examples of what the other professions found: 1) ICE found that the roof and gutters had leaked, causing damage in the master bedroom west wall, window and ceiling area. 2) ICE stated that 2 of the plumbing vent pipes were too low or not even present. 3) The plumber came out to fix the two plumbing vent pipes and found a pipe broken that he believes in his professional opinion too because of the boot not being opened up to accommodate the pipe and then just pushed down with force. This allows for rain to leak down into the attic. 4) The Mold inspection found Aspergillus/penicillium-like mold in the master bedroom wall. 5) Both Gutter Companies said gutters are installed improperly. On April 2, 2021, I found out about the broken plumbing vent. I sent owner Nathan ***** a text requesting he call me. He called me back in the afternoon and told me I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. He was very confrontational, yelling at me and calling me a liar, saying his roofers did not even touch those pipes. He stated his office would call me the following week a set up an appointment. I had to call several times to finally get an appointment for April 26, 2021, at 4 pm. Prior to this meeting, I sent him a very detailed letter to go over those items in the meeting. That meeting got very heated, and nothing was accomplished. I have recorded audio of that meeting. Again, Nathan was a bully/aggressive and used intimidation to scare me out of complaining about his companies’ practices. Also threatened that he would sue me if I made any bad reviews about him and his company.

BBB5My initial concern was to get an estimate on a complete roof replacement. Tristan helped me to get an adjuster involved and got my repairs covered under my insurance. Excited to see how the rest of the project goes!
